Casa del Mar is situated along the Cabo corridor and only 30 minutes from the airport. Our condo is situated within the walls of the Casa Del Mar Resort, so that you can enjoy all the privileges of being at a private resort, but have a little more space and the ability to cook.
This spacious 1600 square foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area, ample space to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds that come with being so close to the beach. Located on the second floor (accessible by elevator and stairs), this gorgeous condo has an ocean view of the Sea of Cortez, which is perfect for watching the whales come right up close to breach! This spectacular occurrence is a major sightseeing venture for Cabo, but why take a boat out onto the sea when you can see the whales right up close without ever leaving your balcony! Being able to dine on the outside balcony in the morning listening to the waves break against the beach is truly an unforgettable experience.
The master suite and other bedroom are separated by a hallway, so privacy is ensured. The living area has a full leather set, with a media unit on the wall. This includes SKY cable, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped-- with a brand new refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, & all necessary utensils-- and a small breakfast bar is built into the bench. There is also a laundry room situated behind the kitchen which can be closed off. There is an upright washing machine and dryer. There is an English speaking property manager on site if you need any help, who is also available to help with housekeeping, childcare, sightseeing adventures, and local fun!

Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
We fell in love with Cabo about 2 years ago on a spring break vacation. Then I spent a year looking for the right condo. I settled on the Casa Del Mar complex as I liked the convenience of being able to use the hotel facilities; restaurants, bar and spa as well as the 6 swimming pools located through out the grounds, tennis and basketball courts, while enjoying the beautiful tropical gardens.

Relaxing by the pool, listening to the sea, watching the whales breach or being the first footprints in the sand are some of the simple pleasures that you can enjoy while staying at the condo. You can also venture out to the towns of Cabo San Lucas or San Jose and shop or sample the various restaurants that offer some of the best cuisine you will taste anywhere!
