The Town of Surfside is a beautiful oceanfront community located in the tropical paradise of South Florida. The Town, combines a tranquil, attractive, residential neighborhood with a traditional "home town" shopping district and a number of resorts and hotels which host tourists and other visitors all year around. Surfside is conveniently located and equidistant from both Miami Int'l Airport or Ft. Lauderdale Int'l.
This beautiful two-bedroom condo will provide you a pleasant stay at prices of scandal. Our property is located is 3 blocks from luxurious Bal Harbour shops and a Publix supermarket, churches, Surfside activity center, restaurants and 2 blocks from the police station, and only 15 minutes drive to the fun and excitement of South Beach and just crossing the street and you are already on the beach.
The unit is fully equipped and furnished so you can enjoy and feel at home away from home. Our apartment is ideal for seniors, adults or families. In addition, it is strategically located for all segments: families, youth, seniors, couples ... everyone feel very comfortable.
There are two trails along the beach one for biking and the other for walking that extend many miles along the beach. When you're not soaking up the sun or taking a dip in the beach there are plenty of things to do like swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, biking along the beach trail or strolling through the walking path.
RATE DETAILS (In US dollars):
Rates fluctuate per season.
Guests must be 21 or over to reserve.
Payment must be made in full 15 days prior to check-in.
1st. Season: Nov 1 – April 30th. $805/wk - $115/nt.
2nd Season: Apr 1 – May 31st. $665/wk - $95/nt.
* The rates provided are nightly for seasons and excludes premium rates, special events and holidays.

* A security deposit will be required in advance. This deposit will be refundable at the time of check out if the property is not damaged.
* Deposit of 20% of rental amount is required for booking by money order or cashier checks or wire transfer or credit card.
* There is a cleaning fee of $80
* Cancellations of a booking at anytime will result in forfeiture of deposits and payments made. All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellation charges are as follow:
- 15 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of rental amount is charged.
- 0 - 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount is charged.
