Enjoy all the comforts of home with out the snow. Large beautiful top floor one bedroom, two bathroom condo. Private 500 square foot deck with table, chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ, and umbrella. Living room with sofa, love seat and star choice satellite TV. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect and more. Bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and a safe for your valuables.
The condo complex is small and very friendly. People say it is like one big happy family, with many people staying year after year. If you are tired you could sit and read a book with your feet in the pool or take the plunge for a complete cool down. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction. Great restaurants a 10 minute walk away in town or go right next door for a quick bite.

I stayed for a week while visiting with family in Bucerias. The location was great and about a 10 minute stroll to town centre. The condo was well appointed and the deck was a great bonus. The pool was lovely and refreshing and having the ocean steps away was a treat! The only thing that could have made this better was if the condo was on the water side of the building but considering the only time I was really in my room was to sleep or get changed it met my needs. This is an adult focused building for sure and very quiet which was nice. I would recommend this unit !Recommended for: Age 55+.

Many thanks for the use of the condo for 2 weeks. This place has everything you would need for your use and comfort. It was great to have the large outdoor patio with a bbq, just for eating and cooking or even to relax in privacy. The condo was well kept and very clean. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Maria, at the front desk and she took care of for us. Having Star Choice and Magic Jack made is easy to keep "in touch" with home. It was nice to have a pool and be literally right on the beach. There was even a great community kitchen area on the ground floor that we used on New Year's Eve. We walked almost everywhere we went, so no need to worry about always getting a taxi or a bus. It's only a few blocks from the main town square where there are lots of restaurants and only a short walk further across the bridge to some upper scale restaurants. If you are staying there you must go to the seafood market in La Cruz, it's open daily and a good walk from the condo. We walked there several times and took a taxi or bus home. LeFort Cusine right in Bucerias is a great dining experience and the Drunken Duck is a fun bar to dance the night away in. We would recommend this condo and Bucerias for a sun filled, fun place to stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.
