This 2BR/2BA unit is a beachside unit with a blocked view, yet mere steps from that lovely white sand we all love! Your kids will enjoy the "surfer dude" themed spare room, while the master suite is decorated in a traditional beach theme. TVs in all rooms, DVD player in unit. This unit was purchased in 2006 and has undergone many renovations, including new berber carpet, brand new fridge, updated bedroom furniture, and more. Walk to the local favorite restaurants, take a five minute walk along the beach to the Gulfarium or the County pier. Enjoy lounging by our property's large pool and separate hot tub, directly overlooking the beach.
We are very service-oriented owners and want to provide you the individual attention you deserve. We took our condo off a management program because we felt we could provide more individualized care and attention than most of the other available properties in the area. If you are wondering what sets our condo apart, it would be our loving attention to the property-you are not renting a room from us, you are guests invited into our second home. Don't be fooled by imitators who claim to be "by owner"- we live thirty minutes away and are constantly updating our standards and looking for ways to improve your stay. If you have a canine member of the family, know that we are dog friendly (although the beaches are not). For a small fee, your pooch can be part of your wonderful sunny Florida vacation!

Your hosts are Florida locals and have lived in or loved this area for over twenty years. I personally have been coming to Okaloosa Island since I was a child, and now we live here. The memories of good times on this beach never fade, and my goal is to provide your family a suitable and affordable place to make your own memories.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Oats
This condo is on the beachside on Okaloosa Island, a place that remains family friendly and affordable while other areas have grown out of control. I've seen a few changes since I started comng here in the 70s, but the Island is still the place to be for families. Don't spend your vacation stuck in traffic...stay with us!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Tennis courts on site, fitness center on-site, we have a pool deck that is the envy of all other condos on the island!! Today, we walked the beach to the Gulfarium and had lunch at Angler's by the pier. Can you picture yourself here?
