Presented here is a property of beauty, and is exemplified by the prime location that it offers on Lake Washington. From the 42 feet of waterfront, to a dock within steps from your home, life surely does have its rewards.
This 3 bedroom, two baths offers all the amenities one would expect, while retaining the cozy comfort of home with it’s gorgeous hardwood floors and two fireplaces. The kitchen has quality appliances from the Subzero fridge, to the Dacor gas stove. In terms of dining, there is a breakfast nook with seating for four, and also a separate dining room with seating for six.
The stylish living room has a top of the line 50” plasma 1080i Sony TV, with satellite TV, and a DVD player. Of course one would beg the question, what is a good TV without comfortable leather sofas to watch it from?
With the leather sofas aside, this home is also quite the entertainer’s delight, with it’s full sized wet bar (un-stocked) and an elevated deck that is complimented with extraordinary views of Mercer Island and Mt. Rainier.
The master bedroom offers a king size (Cherry) sleigh bed, a cozy gas fireplace, and French doors that opens to the lake. The second bedroom offers another king (Maple) sleigh bed, while the third room has a bunk bed (2 twins) and a third twin (sofa bed). There is also another 27” TV, with satellite and a DVD player in the third bedroom.
Parking for 3 vehicles is available immediately in front of the home, one in the single car garage, and two more in front of it. There is also plenty of parking off street, and is only about 50 ft from the home.
Lake Washington is a huge 21,000 surface acre lake that is 15 miles long and home to the most prestigious properties that Washington State has to offer, including but not limited to the estates of Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
Charter service on a newer 44-foot yacht is available and will surely include a visit to Bill Gates’ mansion, the Space Needle, Montlake Cut (University of Washington Stadium) and many many other great tourist locations from the water.
Jet ski rentals are also available and will be brought to your private dock. You will be steps (10 to be exact) away from such activities as swimming, boating, jet skiing, canoeing and fishing(2 fishing poles provided). If it’s winter (December thru March), snowmobile rentals and a personal trail guide is available.

Our family of 5 have been blessed with this home since 2004. We have been in love with this property since day one, and not an ounce of that affair has changed today. Unfortunately, in this current economic environment, we have decided to offer it for rent on VRBO.
