  For almost 20 years my wife and I, our children and now our grandchildren have been vacationing at Orange Beach. Your condo is the most beautiful one we have ever stayed at. It is decorated very professional and is very comfortable. We found everything to be of top quality. When accommodations are comfortable, beautifully decorated and of top quality, it makes one's stay more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo. We plan on renting the condo again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We enjoyed our stay, 3 generations, the bedrooms were spacious with each a private bath. We loved the extra bath/laundry room; perfect for showering off sandy children and dumping the clothes in the washer. But the view was relaxing and the kitchen fully stocked. Thank you so much for everything; it was a breeze to check in (as we didn't have to-keys in advance)

  We should have learned our lesson in 2012 and not rented this same condo in 2013. These owners are awful. This condo does NOT look like the pictures on this posting-same hallway pictures torn from last year, chandelier and sofa table broken, damaged vases hidden in cabinets, still no hangers in any of the closets. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact the owners. The numbers listed for over two years are false. The number listed on this posting will not accept messages and the other is a fax number-THERE IS NO WAY TO DIRECTLY GET A HOLD OF THE OWNERS. Trust us, after two years of dealing with them, you'll need to get a hold of them. Last year when the condo key suddenly stopped working, the onsite Security couldn't help because it's a privately owned condo. We sat outside the condo for HOURS with our children asleep in our laps until almost midnight when Security finally got a hold of them. It was a nightmare. This year, we tried contacting them ON THE DAY we arrived because the dryer was broken. We spent DAYS trying to get a hold of them while running out of clean clothes for our family. After finally hearing from the owner's secretary (never received an apology or heard from the owners themselves) they scheduled the new dryer to be delivered SIX days AFTER we arrived and admitted they knew the dryer was broke before we got there! We asked not to have the new dryer delivered so we didn't have to waste more of OUR vacation dealing with their delivery, but they went ahead and did it anyhow. They knew we had to already sit in a laundromat for HOURS on our vacation already! We asked for direct monetary compensation because of this year's entire nightmare of a vacation, but nothing. No compensation of any kind. They offered a discount if we booked for the next year... like we would - NOT!!! Don't let them fool you, their "secretary" is there to smooth your ruffled feathers, apologize profusely and ensure the owners will take care of it all, but they won't and don't. Broken and worn condo, locked out for hours, broken appliance(s) and absolutely NO WAY of getting a hold of the owners, don't let your vacation be ours which was frustrating, annoying, offensive and so so so disappointing. Skip the headache AND the nightmare - there are thousands of beautiful condos along Orange Beach! Close your eyes and randomly choose one, you'll have much better luck and be happier than renting this one.

  This is a beautifully decorated unit and lived up to the pictures shown on listing. Everything was clean and orderly. The microwave stopped working during our stay and the owner had it taken care of as soon as possible. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay at Phoenix West and the owner was very easy to work with.

  Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo. Everything was in place and everything we needed was available. This is the most beautifully decorated condo ever.

  My three month (Nov., Dec., Jan.) stay in this unit was just perfect. This unit is well appointed, well decorated, very comfortable. The owner is a delight to deal with and the on site personnel were great to deal with. The ammenities are first glass. Location could not be better.

  Lazy River and Slide, beachside, caught our attention. Kids and adults enjoyed it. Our family loved this condo. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated and a wonderful view. We will definately be back ! We rated it A+ !!!!

  What a beautiful place! The condo has everything a family needs, space, views, great kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms. The pools are wonderful and the owner is very prompt and eager to please the guests.

  A beautiful condo. Our family ranged from ages 4 to 87 and there was something for all of us. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The amenities are top notch and the owner is great to work with.

  Your condo is absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully decorated with plenty of room and lots of extras. My kids loved the big TV's! My family had a great time; weather was good, food was wonderful, lazy river and slides - great! Thank you for having us, your prompt e-mails, and your many courtesies!
