Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: We are a family of 5, with 3 teenage daughters. As their dad, I feel very safe with my daughters in Cabo. No worries! We all love to travel, and enjoy a variety of sports and activities. Cabo and Baja are always relaxing times for us - a wonderful break from our busy day to day lives. Christmas and New Years in Cabo are a nice break from winter at home in Flagstaff. Cabo is a convenient, quick flight from Phoenix. Come share one of our favorite winter playgrounds.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach:
Our family has been vacationing in Cabo and the surrounding area for over twenty years. We have staying in a variety of homes, hotels and resorts in the area, and ultimately purchased at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. The property, service and amenities are beautiful! The property has a great gym and spa, multiple pools and a nice beach. The local restaurants are great! There's no need to leave! SB is the quiet side of Cabo, so very relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
While we enjoy PBSB, we Always take the free shuttle to Rose at least 2 days a week for all that the busy Medano Beach offers in terms of vendors, activities, and entertainment. Multiple restaurants and town are within walking distance of Rose. Rent a jet ski or kayak and head out to land's end and the arches!
