This first floor, 2 bedroom villa offers stunning water views and views of the 18th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The back deck is the perfect place to sit and relax with a drink and a good book. In addition to the back deck, this villa also offers a sunroom with comfortable wicker seating that offers the same beautiful water and golf views as well.The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops has everything you will need to serve family and friends during your stay. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals after a day at the beach. Simply open up the plantation shutters on the windows and enjoy the water and golf views over dinner! The dining room opens up into the living area with plenty of comfortable seating for family gatherings.The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has a bathroom attached as well.This villa is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah’s East Beach, Turtle Point Villas are only 1/4 mile from Kiawah's extraordinary hotel, The Sanctuary, with its exceptional restaurants, bars, and spa; 200 yards from the Turtle Point Golf Course clubhouse; and 300 yards from one of The Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches.Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.Non-refundable $45 damage fee added to stays.

Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Kiawah Island. The Villa was comfortable. Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa did not have a very well equipped kitchen, and there were ants in the kitchen. There was ant spray under the kitchen sink, so they had obviously had issues before. Was as advertised except we could not find where to access the beach that was 300 yds from the villa. Especially liked the quality of the furnishings throughout the villa.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
