Our cottage is located on a peninsula with few neighboring cottages. We have 275 feet of water frontage and own just over an acre of land. We are in a quiet cove with lake views from most rooms and sunsets from our dock. There is a swim platform, kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment. We also have a boat mooring or you could keep your boat at the dock.
The cottage is finished in pine with beamed ceilings and southern yellow pine flooring.
Linens are provided and our beds are comfortable. There is a stainless gas grill, lobster pots and the kitchen is well equipped. Our cottage was built in 2000 and is very up to date.

Why the Owner Chose Belgrade Lakes
We choose the Belgrade Lakes Region for its quaint beauty and variety of places to visit. Besides offering lovely lakes and mountains we can boat into town for groceries, restaurants, ice cream, day spa, and of course gift shops. Our car can be parked beside the cottage as we travel by boat. Our cottage is located on a lovely point and has several places to walk, hike and /or bike. We are near the Kennebec Highlands which is a conservation area of 7,000 acres to explore. There is a 3 mile loop of camp roads to walk as well. The Belgrade Lakes Business Group sponsors, a Loon calling contest, Frog jumping contest, fabulous 4th of July experience as well as an October fest not to be missed.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
At our cottage we enjoy sitting on our dock with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunsets over Blueberry Mountain or relaxing in the hammock on a hot day. On cool evenings we sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows and chat. There are loons and ducks that visit our cove as well as Osprey, Heron and an occasional Beaver. We also have a Moose that shows up and visits our dock. Swimming, kayaking, relaxing, reading a good book, board games with family are all things that we enjoy.

My husband and I purchased this property after 9/11 as a respite from the demands of our busy careers. A place to reconnect with our grown children and their families. We have two Corgi's who also enjoy going to the lake, therefore we favor well behaved owners and their pets. The cottage has a dining room that comfortably seats 8 with expansive lake views. We enjoy cooking so you will find the cottage well equipped. On the first level there is a dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bath with laundry room. On the second level we have our grandchildren's room with three comfortable twin beds, Bates spreads and hand made quilts and a second bedroom with Queen bed, pillow top mattress and quilts, there is a master bath with whirlpool tub overlooking the lake.
