Gorgeous 3/BR/3/BA condo at Beach Colony on Navarre Beach. Navarre Beach is becoming more and more popular each year offering beauty and spacious parks on either end of the island. It has a walking path and a bike path the entire length of the island. This absolutely beautiful condo has magnificent views from every room! You will have a great view of the largest fishing pier in the state of Florida just opened June, 2010. Last year was the first time this condo was ever rented. It was the owner's personal residence prior to this time and has more custom features than you normally find. Granite countertops, crown molding and much more. It features porcelain imported floor tile with decorative glass inserts except for the 3 bedrooms which have carpeting. There are two different sizes of 3BR/3BA condos in Beach Colony Resort. This condo is the larger one and has 1770 square space inside, not including 3 balconies.
The large balcony is a 360 square foot huge circular one facing the Gulf of Mexico and can be entered from the Master Bedroom or the Living Room. The large Master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a private jetted tub overlooking the gulf. It also has a large walk-in closet.
Two additional bedrooms with their own balcony with great views of their own. One having a King Size bed and the other a Queen Size bed.
TV's in all bedrooms. An additional wall mounted flat screen TV is located in the kitchen area. Another larger flat screen TV is located in the Living Room.
