This top floor condo was totally renovated in 2008 with families in mind. There are great views from the back balcony of the Pensacola Sound. The Gulf and Fort Pickens State Park can be seen from the front. The sugar white sands of the Gulf are right across the street with easy public access including bathrooms and showers. Wide bike paths make it easy to walk or ride to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant, Fort Pickens State park, or to to the main beach area and boardwalk.
Only a few minutes away, Pensacola main beach has music, shopping, restaurants, and a huge fishing pier. A notebook in the condo gives contacts for all sorts of rentals and activities in the area!
The private lighted fishing pier is great for watching sunsets and this end of the beach is quiet and family friendly!!

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the wide sidewalks for riding bikes or just walking. It's great to have access to both the bay side and the gulf. At times when the Gulf is too rough to play in, we stay sound side and it's perfect. My kids also love fishing off the pier in the evening while we watch the sunset.

We moved to Pensacola in 1997 and bought this condo in 2004 about 4 months before Hurricane Ivan destroyed it! We had owned a condo in a high rise, but this end of the beach seemed more family friendly. With 5 small children, we felt safer with the shallow, calm water on the Sound side. Now that the kids are older, they can easily go to the Gulf side for bigger waves. We also enjoy tubing and skiing out from Baywatch and can tie up in front of the condos for a break and quick hop in the pool. It's been a great fit for our family.
