Blue Heaven" is a brand new beach home completed in March of 2006. It is in the much sought after neighborhood of Summer's Edge which is south of 30-A and adjoins Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. The home is on the beach front drive about 20 yards from the sand and is just steps to the beach access walkway which is extremely convenient for hauling kids, strollers, beach chairs and whatever else you like to the beach.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor which share a large full bathroom. One room has a queen-size bed and the other has a two twins. The family room is on the second floor. The spacious kitchen is also on the second floor with an eating area at the bar and a separate dining area. There is also a powder room that is just off of the kitchen.
On the third floor there is an enormous master suite and deck with wrap around crank out windows. The master bath is very well appointed with an oversized shower and whirlpool tub. There is also a separate kids bunk room on this floor that has a set of bunks.
