  Studio Moliere is situated in a wonderful location. It is very close to the metro and many major attractions. We were there for eight nights over Easter. We were two adults and one child. The studio was perfect in every way. It is very clean, modern and comfortable. Laurent went out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. There were fresh cut flowers when we arrived, a bottle of wine, chocolates, coffee/tea and clean sheets and towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some of our own meals. Free Wi-Fi was extremely helpful, and a TV for our son with both English and French programs. The washer/dryer was a big plus which meant we could pack lighter. Laurent was a pleasure to deal with. He was always responsive and helpful with any of our questions and needs. We will definitely return to Studio Moliere on our next visit to Paris and will highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you Laurent for making our time in Paris absolutely perfect!

  The Moliere Studio is nicely decorated, very comfortable and it's in a great location. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. You can walk just about anywhere very easily or if you prefer you can catch the metro or buses at the nearby stops. The area is also safe and quiet. A big plus for me was the washer and dryer. Laurent is very nice and helpful, he even carried my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs. I've been to Paris many times and I just wish that I would have found this apartment sooner.

  We stayed in the studio for 3 nights in February and we couldn't of asked for anything better. It's in a very good location, close to the Louvre and also train/bus stations to get around the city. Laurent was excellent to deal with and even let us check in slightly earlier as we arrived early in Paris. It was well equipped with maps and things to do in Paris which was very helpful for us. The studio has everything you need for a short or long stay in Paris. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone!

  The Moliere Studio apartment was exactly what my wife and I needed for our trip to Paris; very clean and tidy, and with a bit of character. We were greeted by a lovely lady who quickly explained all about the studio, how things work, etc, and she also returned to check us out at the end of our stay. The owners had thought of everything to make your stay excellent. There is plenty of tea and coffee, a selection of guide books, free high speed wireless broadband (and free internet phone calls to many international countries), a selection of plug adaptors and lots of towels, etc. Despite being near a busy area of Paris, we had uninterrupted sleep in the comfortable king size bed. The location is perfect, only a short 2 minute walk to the Louvre (and hence the Seine), and within walking distance of many other touist attractions such as Notre Dame, the Champs Elysees, and many other museums. Easily accessible by the Metro and the RER. Laurent was excellent in his pre trip communication, so we cant recommend this highly enough. If we return to Paris we'll certainly be looking to stay here again. More freedom and privacy than a hotel, with the added bonus of having a kitchenette and living area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  This studio apartment was exactly as described and pictured on Home Away. I was amazed that it had literally *everything* you could want or need - TV with hundreds of channels, wifi, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine + dryer. It was fully stocked with towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper & extras so you'd never run out. It sleeps up to 4 people as the sofa folds out into a bed but I can imagine having 4 people in it would make things a bit cramped. It's ideal for 2 people. The owner, Laurent, was always super prompt, polite & friendly with his emails and he was waiting to meet us at the studio when we arrived in Paris. He graciously explained how everything worked (there was even a binder with maps of the area, information on stuff to do in Paris and explanations of how everything worked in the apt!), let us know that if we needed anything to call him as he lives just a few blocks away and left us to it. He'd even left us a "Welcome to Paris" bottle of red wine! Also, he followed up on our stay by calling us the night before we left to make sure everything was ok and if we would like him to reserve us a taxi to pick us up early the next morning as we would be flying out early. Great guy! All in all, this studio was perfect for our needs -- a 4 day/4 night stay in Paris for myself and my boyfriend -- and the location is so central it's absolutely ideal. It's a 5 minute walk from 2 different subway stations and the Louvre. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the Opera. There are bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a central, fully-equipped & modern studio in Paris. Thanks for a great experience, Laurent!

  This was our first experience renting a studio in Paris. We were searching for a few days then we found Laurent's studio. He was extremely nice via emails and in real life too. We were a bit nervous about this experience first, we did not know what to expect, we just hoped that the studio is going to look like the one on the pictures. And it was. Every single detail of it. I fell in love with the place immediately. Clean, beautiful, comfortable; I think great for short or long term. Great value for money because it is in the center (4-5 mins from Louvre) you can walk to most of the attractions in half an hour. I even walked from La Basilique de Sacre Coeur de Montmartre in an hour which was great because this is the way to explore a city. Laurent was a sweetheart; he helped us in everything, made suggestion to use the right public transportation, which museum or restaurant to go to. Polite, nice, a real gentleman :) I would recommend this place to everyone. Edina

  Studio Moliere was everything we needed to make a great holiday in Paris even better. We found this studio apartment to be the perfect accommodation for our first trip to Paris. It is in walking distance of many major attractions (ideal for the Parisian novice) as well as being close to the Metro for those looking to venture further afield. Studio Moliere is very well appointed. The washer-dryer was a great boon for us, with our Paris stop being at the end of our holiday. The kitchenette had everything required to make a full meal (and produce is readily available at a number of nearby shops, bakeries, cheese and wine merchants). It is located in a quiet street and we found ourselves having trouble waking up before 9 am. Laurent was an excellent host, meeting us on our arrival, providing a welcome bottle of wine and some chocolates (along with the daily necessities such as coffee, tea, washing powder etc), allowing us a late check-out and arranging a taxi for us I see that there are very few days left for bookings for this year - and I am not surprised that this is a sort-after property Many thanks to Laurent and we hope to visit Studio Moliere again.   Hi, Laurent! My husband and I were just sooooo glad that we've found your apartment for us to stay while we were in Paris for 5days. The size was very nice for the both of us. And the complete amenities and kitchen equipment impressed us. We mean, whatever we need, you name it, the apt had it, everything. The welcome wine and fresh tulips were a real nice touch. Towels, facial tissues, toilet roll, paper towel, napkin, microwave, kettle, flat tv, wifi, any kind of tea and coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, new bar soap in the bathroom, washer and dryer, you all get what we mean, everything!!!!! It was also very neat, tidy, and clean place. We were so satisfied with just about everything. We also couldnt ask for a better location. 5 mins walk to the louvre, 5 mins walk to tourism info and supermarket, 3mins walk to metro, 3 mins walk to ample japanese and korean restaurants. It was just a great great amazing locaion. To whomever is considering this apt, we suggest you not to doubt, but hurry and make the reservation, you wouldnt regret it, we guarantee! Laurent was very helpful and communicative. Every email and call was replied. We love your apartment, Laurent! Thanks for helping us have the best Parisian experience ever! We would definitely come back to your place if we are ever in Paris. And we would recommend our friends and family to stay at your place. Thanks again, Laurent! God bless!

  On our most recent trip to Paris, we had the good fortune to stay at Studio Moliere. Every aspect of the reservation process and our stay was perfect! Laurent was not only prompt and gracious in the reservation process, she also provided guidance in taking the Metro to arrive at the studio. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the apartment and found everything delightful. The apartment is as described and photographed - and no detail has been overlooked (there was even a sewing kit for the unexpected emergency). The heat was on, fresh flowers were on the table, and even a bottle of wine was waiting for us. The location is ideal. We walked to the Louvre, the Opera and Place Vendome and the wonderful shopping all around. The Metro is also easily accessible for all sightseeing, and we enjoyed taking the Metro up the Champs Elysees and walking back to the studio. There are numerous restaurants, boulangeries, markets, and a Fran Prix (grocery) nearby, making everything you need only steps away. Of all the apartments we have rented throughout Europe, this is our favorite! Our only regret is that when we looked to re-book it in a few months, it is already sold out.
