This professionally decorated property has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with 3 floors of decks on the back of the house to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Has everything you need to make your relaxing vacation perfect including an elevator to get the groceries and luggage from the enclosed extra large garage to the upper floors. There is also wireless broadband internet to keep you in touch with the real world.
Ground level: Extra large enclosed parking for 4 vehicles. Elevator to all three upper floors, gas grill and enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.
First level: There are three bedrooms off the hallway that leads out onto a deck with steps down to the beach. An extra large bedroom with two sets of full/twin bunk beds located in the front of the house perfect for the kids’ room. The other 2 bedrooms on this level are overlooking the gulf, each with their own bathroom and exterior door leading to the back deck than straight out to the beach. All rooms have a TV with DVD player. On this level is also the washer and dryer.
Second level: Main living area with windows on all walls to catch those beautiful views. The seating area has a large L-shaped sofa with a chaise and accompanies 4 additional guest chairs. Here you can also enjoy the flat screen TV and a fireplace for the off season cool nights. The great room and kitchen are very open; perfect for family gathers and entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked just like cooking at home. The kitchen table has seating for ten with additional seating for five at the bar/counter. There is even an automatic ice machine to fill your cooler for the beach.
Third level: Master retreat with built in kitchenette so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or night cap on your own private deck. The king size bed and sitting area face a wall of windows for a perfect view of the gulf. The master bath has a double shower and separate jetted tub. There are also large his and her separate closets.
This is a perfect house for a family getaway, a family reunion, or multi-family beach vacation. We have even had a few weddings! It is conveniently located to downtown Port St Joe with restaurants, a marina, boutiques and grocery shopping. Just five miles to the west is Mexico Beach and 20 miles to the east is Appalachicola both with additional shopping and restaurants.
