Our beautiful very large (1,300 sq/ft) luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is available for most dates in 2009. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people. We have a huge king size bedroom set in the master bedroom with a large screen plasma TV and a private full marble bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed with 2nd full marble bathroom just off the bedroom. The living room have a huge black leather sectional, a large screen wall mounted plasma TV, surround sound home theater system, premium digital cable, WiFi internet and phone. There's also plenty of room for a premium size queen Areo bed we can supply if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts all full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters and back splashes.
All our furniture and fixtures are high end, you won't find anything from Ikea here! All clean linens, towels, pillows and blankets are provided.
The dining room has a wonderful farm table that easily seats 6 and we have two additional chairs if needed. The apartment is located in the beautiful Gramercy park section of NYC just North of the East Village and East of Chelsea on 20 Street just off 1st Avenue. The apartment is located in Peter Cooper Village. It's a private gated park development, very safe and secure. There are 8 parks on the grounds with basket ball, bocce ball and tennis courts in addition to children play grounds and Soccer fields. The building is wheel chair accessible with a marble and brass entrance way and a new laundry facility in the building. This is the perfect place for a large family to live while exploring all that NYC has to offer.
