This is a remodeled one bedroom, one bath. It is in a gated community with multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, laundry facilities. The grounds are very well kept and usually have beautiful flowers around the property.
This is a simple one bedroom one bath. The furnishings are in great clean condition. Much nicer than most of the units here. High Speed Internet, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, New Flat Screen Television, Cable, Laundry on site.
Unit is an end unit and is close to the pool. It is very quiet and safe. Close to downtown (quick bike ride, or taxi ride if you are not driving) where all the lively bars, restaurants, and shops are. Check out the maps section of this listing for some of my favorite restaurants. I welcome all guest and have included information for everyone.
There are no cleaning fees as long as you leave the unit as clean as it is when you arrive. There are cleaning services available if you need them at a rate of $95.00 per cleaning. There is a 3% transaction fee if booking with credit card. If the stay is less than 28 days, there is a mandatory 11.5% Palm Springs City tax.
