Hello, we are just making our beautiful home available for rental. This one of a kind custom-built German designed Cape Coral vacation house has a gorgeous free form pool surrounded by beautiful flowers and palm trees. The back of the Cape Coral vacation home is one giant sliding glass pocket door that opens up the whole living room area to the incredible pool area.
Our home is just beautiful. When the slider windows are open fully, it is like you are outside all of the time with the crickets and birds chirping. And the back is also totally private and completely quiet.
The history of this Cape Coral vacation home is that the builders were German contractors, it was built for them, they lived here themselves and they put in every possible high-end feature. In summary, it has the features that many 2 million dollar homes do.
For example: The Cape Coral vacation house has an incredibly open design. With custom windows, a beautiful pink marble tile floor, and a pool area surrounded in the finest blue tile. The home has a huge high-ceiling central room with windows all around filled with luxury furniture.
The master and two smaller German-style bedrooms are also tastefully furnished. The kitchen has top of the line appliances like a Sub Zero refrigerator and Minute Maid stove.
The bottom line is that this is an incredible Cape Coral vacation home. It's very relaxing swimming in the meandering free form electric heated pool that runs the length of the back of the house. The interior decor is attractive and in excellent condition.
This Cape Coral vacation rental represents the best of Florida living. Top of the line architecture, a great pool where you are surrounded by flowers, vines and palm trees in a relaxing beautiful setting.
The perfect home for relaxing as a couple or for entertaining a large gathering because of its ability to open up the inside to the outside.
It is the best Cape Coral house to rent for a month but also to invite some family and friends to join you for a weekend. Everyone will love it. By the way, the owners also own other larger properties on the water in Cape Coral but when they stay here, they stay in this house because of its elegance and privacy. You should too!
