We have been holidaying in this area of Mexico on a regular basis since 1992. We have always experienced great weather here. We love the quiet of Nuevo Vallarta and we enjoy walking for miles on the long flat sandy beach. We also enjoy boogey boarding. When we want to get out we go exploring. We enjoy dining out and there are many top notch restaurants in the area. (This includes those in Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, and Punta Mita.) We love to explore the small towns and villages in the area. Have driven as far north as Tepic and as far south as Barra de Navidad. Have also traveled inland to Guadalajara and San Sebastian. We never get tired of this area! The local people are friendly and this area is extremely safe.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale
We decided to buy because we are convinced this is an area we always will return to. We do travel to other resort areas but we always come back to Nuevo Vallarta. It is our second home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condominium has a great sunset view. It is close to public transportation, within walking distance of convenience shopping. It is quieter than the all inclusives, with friendly on-site staff, security and access to great resort amenities like spas, various sports and tour amenities. We enjoy going to see the various zoo animals at Paradise Village too. The "El Tigre" golf course is named after the Bengal tigres that are often here. We have also seen ostriches, parrots, crocodiles, and deer on site.

Great two weeks in your condo! Could have spent all my time in the pool. Enjoyed the friendly, safe location and all the amenities available. Will recommend to friends and family members. Looking forward to coming again.Thanks!

Your condo is absolutely beautiful. We were so happy with the decor, the space, and the VIEW! The condo had so much space, we never felt crowded. The kitchen was beautiful to work in; it had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Having plug-in internet in the room was so handy. We were able to use Skype to make calls and having the internet in the room made my kids happy. If there was a way to get a different satellite provider, I would, as there weren't enough English channels for our teenagers and my mother-in-law, and there was pretty much no Olympic coverage while we were there. In future I would also arrange to get housekeeping in a couple times a week at least to mop the floors, etc. It really is not expensive and the ladies do a beautiful job. What a convenience to have the laundry right in the suite. I could throw in a load or two every couple of days and not have to waste my vacation waiting for every step of the laundry at a laundromat. The grounds at Playa Royale were amazingly kept, and the ocean was beautiful. Just a beautiful view off your balcony, and it was nice to have the table and chairs and chaise loungers there to enjoy breakfast and coffee, or cerveza, or to lie on the loungers and watch the stars at night and listen to the ocean. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Front gate staff were also so friendly. Thank you for the use of your beautiful, well-appointed condo. We would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
