My husband and I and our 2 labradoodles have stayed in this lovely condo for the month of February for the last 2 years. It is a very nice property and looks exactly as the pictures. The grounds and the pool are very well maintained and the neighbors are all very nice as well. You will have everything that you need to enjoy your time there, all you need to bring is your clothes. We love the little town feel to this area. The owner, Sylvia, is very nice and accommodating and very ease to deal with for any concerns.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I have been travelling to Florida (specifically Daytona Beach and surrounding area) for the majority of my life so far. Having a young family and travelling from Scotland takes it's toll, but in all honesty this has been the most enjoyable and most comfortable I have ever been when visiting. The couple who own this apartment are the nicest people you could meet and ensured that all the needs of the vacationer were seen to. It is a large, quiet, scenic apartment with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool is a perfect temperature and beach is not even 1 minutes walk from the pool. We barbecued almost daily and relaxed throughout the vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am a retired French teacher from Toronto Canada who loves to travel. My husband is an urban planner who shares my travel lust. We also enjoy taking advantage of the many activities and amenities of our home town and of our year round log cottage in the Haliburton area of Ontario, Canada.
Why the Owner Chose Flagler Beach:
We first became acquainted with Flagler Beach and the South Beach Condominium while visiting friends about 6 years ago. We were so impressed we started to rent and spend 2-3 weeks each spring and fall. Our 30 year-old son who is mentally challenged also just loves the area. This spring we decided we could afford to take the plunge and buy the unit that we long had coveted which, just coincidentally, came up for sale. We also have a golden retriever that loves to walk with us both on the beautiful beach (certain understandable restrictions apply to dogs) and in the nearby area. My husband is an avid golfer who totally enjoys the many courses nearby. My son and I love to swim in the pool and walk the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The beautifully quiet long & sandy beach that is in front of us, the shopping that surrounds us, the many golf courses that are within a short drive away, the limitless number of other activities and amenities should we feel motivated, the heated pool with its well maintained deck, the list is endless. In the morning one of our favorite rituals is to have coffee on the bench of the private walkway over the dunes to the beach and ocean, at lunch we love to walk the beach to our favorite casual, beach-side restaurant, High Tides Snack Jack. In the evening we frequently go for cocktails on the upper deck at Finn's restaurant and pub, which is ideally suited to watching the awesome sunset over the Intercoastal Waterway at the back while listening to the ocean roar at the front. This is usually followed with a dinner at one of the many good restaurants nearby. Or we might just laze at home, enjoying ourselves and friends in the comfort of the many amenities of our unit.
