Further up the hill is the brand new guest Cabin -- great for the children and grandchildren. Enjoy an evening under the moodlight while soaking in the two hot tubs available between the two houses. Plenty of green grass lawn for sports or campfire. Hammock in the shade. A great place for family get togethers.

When my husband and I first went to Berkeley Springs to have a relaxing weekend, we found the area to be energizing and relaxing all at the same time. We loved the area so much we went back again and eventually bought this Farm House we call Sky Mountain Farm. A few years later we built a large cedar chalet on the next ridge and to support it, we rent it to vacationers. Check it out! Sky Mountain Chalet VRBO #212689. Just this past year, we renovated our Farm House for our own use and built a new Log Cabin for the children and grandchildren. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Berkeley Springs
My husband and I own a hardware store in Maryland and we will be retiring soon when the next generation takes over. We wanted to build a retirement business and since one of our favorite places is Berkeley Springs, we decided that would be a great place for a retirement business. Berkeley Springs has wonderful water, a nice community and is only 90 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are plenty of places to hike on our 16 acres and our adjoining 8.7 acres. Groups of deer are prevalent and a black bear has been spotted on our property a few times as well as a bobcat. Enjoy the comforts of these two houses with all the basic ammenities.
