The Paradise Tower condominium is a 6-floor, 37-unit structure with its pool located between it and the beach. (Pool is open at least May 01 - September 30) The beach access runs right next to the pool, getting you on the sand within one minute. You are looking at a 2-Br unit on the 4th floor (called the "3rd floor) in a building with a secure lobby, an elevator and a wheelchair-accessible ramp. This is essentially a "beach front" accommodation as the unit is high enough to look over a smaller structure between us and the beach. The spacious balcony faces the beach (providing an excellent view) and has furniture to accommodate eating outdoors while listening to the wonderful sounds of the surf. There are tall stools to look over the railing to view the beach. (See pics.)
There is option to receive returnable deposits at departure time, including the usual cleaning fee. There are NO hidden fees. Our unit has capacity of 7 by one person sleeping on a sofa-bed.
We are looking into Internet connectivity; in fact, it is scheduled ... please ask if accomplished when making an inquiry.
The kitchen is very well equipped with fine appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice-maker, blender and toaster oven. There is a full-sized washer/dryer within the unit itself. Cable TV, DVD and VHS players are included. The MBr has a king bed and the second bedroom has both single bunks along with a queen. The LR has a double sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises, some under-cover. We are located just a couple blocks to the south of the "boardwalk" area where our beach is especially nice.
Located close to waterways, golf courses, historic Wilmington (North Carolina) and Cape Fear. The Island has two boat launch ramps and a State park.
We protect the quality of the environment by NOT allowing pets nor smoking indoors. We can assist you with rental of infant furniture, towels, and linens, if needed.
Our rental cycle is Saturday to Saturday. We encourage a minimum weekly stay during prime season; if a summer part-week is negotiated, it should either begin or end on a Saturday. Other periods can be rented for three days or more. Off-season (after Labor Day through Memorial Day) rates are available; please call or email.

Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
I chose the Wilmington/ Carolina Beach area for my residence in 2002 and personally check vacationing tenants in and out. The area has mild winters and there is wonderful beach weather in the spring and autumn. Summers, of course, can get toasty hot to provide many days to want to be on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is technically "second row" but essentially offers beach-front view when on the 3rd floor. The pool is right at the beach (across the street) and next to the beach access. There is plenty of parking, including spaces under the building. You can enjoy listening to the surf while eating on the balcony. There is an elevator up to our unit, inside a masonry building so you need not worry about the risks of being in an all-wooden structure. All 16 of our pictures are "honest" inasmuch as photos are taken from OUR balcony!

Bob was so helpful in planning our vacation!! We had a wonderful vacation. The views were gorgeous!!!The condo provided a good, quiet, relaxing vacation. We loved that we got to use the pool and there was a place to spray off the sand. It is close to a great Mexican restaurant, Squggley's Ice Cream,The Fudgeboat, and the lake. There was a group of 4 of us that visited Carolina Beach this past weekend for Labor Day and we stayed here and the place was fantastic! Literally a minute walk from the beach and had spectacular views. However if you're not the beach type the on-site pool gives you the opportunity to get in the water without having to deal with the salt and sand. The location is also just a very short drive from downtown where there are many things to do. The owner was great to work with, very flexible, & friendly. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

We have stayed at this unit for a few years and we love it. Great location and great unit. A great family location. You have the rides just up the road and you have to go to Brits and Squiqqley's ice cream. Yummy! If you just want to relax and soak in some sun I recommend this unit. Have fun and enjoy.

My husband, our 3 sons (ages 13, 12 & 15, my mother, my aunt and myself stayed in this unit this year for our summer vacation. This unit made us feel at home and was very welcoming. The view is spectacular....better than the one we had from our oceanfront unit last year. The oceanfront pool was always clean and had restrooms located on the deck.....much more convenient than having to go back to your room every time one of the kids needed to "go". It is within walking distance to so many of the local favorites.....boardwalk, beautiful lake with paddle boat rentals and outdoor movies on Sunday nights, ice cream shop, many restaurants and shops and so much more. The owner, Bob, and his wife, were both very personable and and made us feel welcome....not just "another renter". They knew a lot about Carolina Beach and surrounding areas and were very informative. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here again next year.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. It truly is only steps from the beach. Highly recommend it for a family. The location was nice. Would recommend Big Daddy's seafood restaurant.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo last week....The location and view are SUPER!!! The condo is comfortable, quiet and well furnished. And the owner, "Buckeye" Bob as he is affectionaly known on the beach, is not only a gentleman, he goes overboard to accomidate his "guests"...And, if you need it, he is a wealth of knowlege on the beach, the resturantes, bars, whatever you need to make your visit more special...Thanks again Bob for a great visit...we loved it... My husband and I stayed at this condo with our grandchildren for their spring break. It was perfect for our needs. My husband is a disabled veteran that uses a scooter for mobility. The elevator was essential for us and the convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful. Of course, the scooter cannot go on the sand, but he could sit in the living room of the condo and watch me and the girls play on the beach from the sofa! Having the conveniences of 'home' enabled us to eat and play on our schedule. Bob and Lisa were gracious hosts and were quick to point out local points of interest and guide us to local prices for food and supplies. That was really nice. On our next trip to the North Carolina Beach, we will definitely check on availablility of this condo.
