Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 5-7)

The Paradise Tower condominium is a 6-floor, 37-unit structure, with its pool located between it and the beach. The beach access runs right next to the pool, getting you on the sand within one minute. You are looking at a 2-br unit on the 4th floor (called the "3rd floor) in a building with a secure lobby, an elevator and a wheelchair-accessible ramp. This is essentially a "beach front" accommodation as the unit is high enough to look over smaller structures between us and the beach (see pictures). The spacious balcony faces the beach, providing an excellent view and has furniture to accommodate eating outdoors while listening to the wonderful sounds of the surf.

There is option to receive deposits at departure time, including the usual cleaning fee.

The kitchen is very well equipped with fine appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice-maker, blender and toaster oven. There is a full-sized washer/dryer within the unit itself. Cable TV, DVD and VHS players are included. The MBr has a king bed and the second bedroom has both a single along with a queen. The LR has a double sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms.

There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises, some under-cover. We are located just a couple blocks to the south of the "boardwalk" area. Our beach is especially nice.

Located close to waterways, golf courses, historic Wilmington (North Carolina) and Cape Fear. The Island has two boat launch ramps and a State park.

We protect the quality of the environment by NOT allowing pets nor smoking indoors. We can assist you with rental of infant furniture, towels, and linens, if needed.

Prime season rentals usually require a minimum weekly stay; while other periods can be rented for three days or more. Our rental cycle is Saturday to Saturday. Off-season rates are available; please call or email.

  • Our family of four had a fantastic vacation stay at Paradise Towers and can't say enough about how wonderful it was dealing/communicating with Bob! This unit was the perfect place for us with all that it had to offer. The beach might as well have been right out the front door and our kids loved playing in the pool! So much to do and so many places nearby made for a great vacation. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Bob, thank you so much for allowing us to have a such a fun-filled and memorable trip! We very much look forward to doing business with you again!

  • We went up for a mini golf vacation in April. The weather was in the high 70s and clear all weekend. The condo location was excellent with plenty of living space. The walk to the beach took a couple minutes. Bob was most informative of the Island with plenty of helpful dining hints and things to do. We'll be back...

  • The condo is in a great location. The lake view from the master bedroom is wonderful. The view of the ocean from the front is also great, and you can hear the waves if you sit out on the balcony for dinner at night. There were no hassles in booking this trip. Bob is very good at communicating with you and giving you all the details. He was very easy to work with, and I definitely recommend doing business with him. We would definitely visit this condo again!

  • Bob & Lisa we really loved staying at the condo. It was very homey feeling, clean and comfortable. The beach access could only be better if we could walk out the sliding glass door and be on the beach. You two are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for renting to us on short notice, if it wasn't for you our family may not have been able to come to the beach this summer. The view from the master bedroom was great as well. Very quiet dispite being on the main street. Just all in all a wonderful time was had by all of us. Thanks for the mattress as well. Just that little extra touch was great. We will be back again.

The condo met all of our needs and was very well located. We were right on the beach, and my kids enjoyed paddle boating on the lake behind the condo as well.

  • Bob and Lisa were great. The condo was exactly as it was explained on the website. We rented the condo at the last minute and they made everything as smooth as possible. They returned our deposit on the day with left and gave us directions to other sites nearby that we should visit. Carolina Beach is wonderful place to visit and the condo is right there. I really enjoyed the park that is right across the street from the condo. If you are thinking about visiting do and if you are looking for a place to stay contact Bob and Lisa, I know I will again.

It is everything a couple needs for a romantic getaway to the beach. It is a very nice and clean place to live with all the amenities one needs. The beach is right there with a beautiful view.
