We stayed at Paradise Towers unit in late April 2012 for 5 nights. The condo was very clean & kitchen well equipped. The ocean view was great and the access to the beach easy. Parking was abundant and ramp/elevator made access easy. Location was close to downtown Carolina Beach with many restaurants available. Would definitely recommend renting this condo from Bob & Lisa.

Great Spring Break

We had such an awesome time on our spring break from college. The beach was great and there was just enough stuff to do a part from going to the beach. The condo was great for us to relax and hangout on the balcony which we did many nights, afternoons, and mornings. Bob was so helpful and very personable throughout the whole renting process. We definitely want to come back to Carolina Beach and hopefully rent from this same owner. We came to the beach to relax and get away from school work and the chaos that comes with it and we had such a great time the week we spent there.

Great Offseason Vacation.

My wife and I spent a week of vacation here. The view was great. It is as close to oceanfront that you can get to without being ocean front. My in-laws came down on Monday and stayed for over 4 days and they enjoyed it as much as we did. There was plenty of room for us all and the weather was great the entire week. We could not have asked for better accomodations for the cost. Bob was a great host and offered some recommendations while we were here. The Boardwalk and lake are within walking distance and we took advantage of this. We are looking forward to trying to return in the fall.

Bob was so helpful in planning our vacation!! We had a wonderful vacation. The views were gorgeous!!!The condo provided a good, quiet, relaxing vacation. We loved that we got to use the pool and there was a place to spray off the sand. It is close to a great Mexican restaurant, Squggley's Ice Cream,The Fudgeboat, and the lake. I highly recommend this unit!!! Thanks Bob for all your help!!!!

Fantastic Place To Stay!!

There was a group of 4 of us that visited Carolina Beach this past weekend for Labor Day and we stayed here and the place was fantastic! Literally a minute walk from the beach and had spectacular views. However if you're not the beach type the on-site pool gives you the opportunity to get in the water without having to deal with the salt and sand. The location is also just a very short drive from downtown where there are many things to do. The owner was great to work with, very flexible, & friendly. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

We have stayed at this unit for a few years and we love it. Great location and great unit. A great family location. You have the rides just up the road and you have to go to Brits and Squiqqley's ice cream. Yummy! If you just want to relax and soak in some sun I recommend this unit. Have fun and enjoy.

Memorable Summer Vacation

My husband, our 3 sons (ages 13, 12 & 15, my mother, my aunt and myself stayed in this unit this year for our summer vacation. This unit made us feel at home and was very welcoming. The view is spectacular....better than the one we had from our oceanfront unit last year. The oceanfront pool was always clean and had restrooms located on the deck.....much more convenient than having to go back to your room every time one of the kids needed to "go". It is within walking distance to so many of the local favorites.....boardwalk, beautiful lake with paddle boat rentals and outdoor movies on Sunday nights, ice cream shop, many restaurants and shops and so much more. The owner, Bob, and his wife, were both very personable and and made us feel welcome....not just "another renter". They knew a lot about Carolina Beach and surrounding areas and were very informative. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying here again next year.

This was one of the best vacations we have had. It truly is only steps from the beach. Highly recommend it for a family. The location was nice. Would recommend Big Daddy's seafood restaurant.

Just completed a stay and was very satisfied with the condo and owners. The view could easily be considered oceanfront. Wonderful location on the island, within walking distance of several areas of interest. Best of all, the property is at the very least accurate in the description. We had the pleasure of staying in this condo last week....The location and view are SUPER!!! The condo is comfortable, quiet and well furnished. And the owner, "Buckeye" Bob as he is affectionaly known on the beach, is not only a gentleman, he goes overboard to accomidate his "guests"...And, if you need it, he is a wealth of knowlege on the beach, the resturantes, bars, whatever you need to make your visit more special...Thanks again Bob for a great visit...we loved it... Quality Time with Granddaughters

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our grandchildren for their spring break. It was perfect for our needs. My husband is a disabled veteran that uses a scooter for mobility. The elevator was essential for us and the convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful. Of course, the scooter cannot go on the sand, but he could sit in the living room of the condo and watch me and the girls play on the beach from the sofa! Having the conveniences of 'home' enabled us to eat and play on our schedule. Bob and Lisa were gracious hosts and were quick to point out local points of interest and guide us to local prices for food and supplies. That was really nice. On our next trip to the North Carolina Beach, we will definitely check on availablility of this condo.

Our family of four had a fantastic vacation stay at Paradise Towers and can't say enough about how wonderful it was dealing/communicating with Bob! This unit was the perfect place for us with all that it had to offer. The beach might as well have been right out the front door and our kids loved playing in the pool! So much to do and so many places nearby made for a great vacation. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Bob, thank you so much for allowing us to have a such a fun-filled and memorable trip! We very much look forward to doing business with you again!

We went up for a mini golf vacation in April. The weather was in the high 70s and clear all weekend. The condo location was excellent with plenty of living space. The walk to the beach took a couple minutes. Bob was most informative of the Island with plenty of helpful dining hints and things to do. We'll be back...

My family and I truly appreciated and enjoyed our time spent at this Carolina Beach condo. The Myers were very gracious about accommodating us at the last minute. Their assistance and support was extremely helpful to us in making weekend arrangements for our family that visited from Los Angeles. The condo is in a great location. The lake view from the master bedroom is wonderful. The view of the ocean from the front is also great, and you can hear the waves if you sit out on the balcony for dinner at night. There were no hassles in booking this trip. Bob is very good at communicating with you and giving you all the details. He was very easy to work with, and I definitely recommend doing business with him. We would definitely visit this condo again!

Bob & Lisa we really loved staying at the condo. It was very homey feeling, clean and comfortable. The beach access could only be better if we could walk out the sliding glass door and be on the beach. You two are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for renting to us on short notice, if it wasn't for you our family may not have been able to come to the beach this summer. The view from the master bedroom was great as well. Very quiet dispite being on the main street. Just all in all a wonderful time was had by all of us. Thanks for the mattress as well. Just that little extra touch was great. We will be back again.

Bob and Lisa were very accomodating and sensitive to our needs. I felt comfortable with Bob from the very first call and he was a pleasure to do business with. The condo met all of our needs and was very well located. We were right on the beach, and my kids enjoyed paddle boating on the lake behind the condo as well.

Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, I had to cancel our plans to vacation in NC. With only 6 weeks notice, Bob returned my deposit in FULL. That is a rarety and is appreciated. Enjoy NC...my birthplace.

Bob and Lisa were great. The condo was exactly as it was explained on the website. We rented the condo at the last minute and they made everything as smooth as possible. They returned our deposit on the day with left and gave us directions to other sites nearby that we should visit. Carolina Beach is wonderful place to visit and the condo is right there. I really enjoyed the park that is right across the street from the condo. If you are thinking about visiting do and if you are looking for a place to stay contact Bob and Lisa, I know I will again.

It was a pleasure meeting Bob, the owner of this condo at Sands I. From the time of our reservation to the end of our week long stay. We were treated with great respect. This condo is a gem. It is everything a couple needs for a romantic getaway to the beach. It is a very nice and clean place to live with all the amenities one needs. The beach is right there with a beautiful view. This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It is well worth every penny. We will definately be staying here again. The pictures do not do the unit justice. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very easy access to everything. The pictures of the condo,views on the website, fail to capture the true beauty. We are beginning our condo-rental efforts in May, 2003, having recently purchased this condo. We bought the unit because of the attractive furnishings and its 2 balconies, one viewing the ocean and the other a small lake. It is 2 minutes from the beach.
