Why the Owner Chose Waterscape
We are excited to be a part of the new Waterscape development in the Okaloosa Island area as it offers unparalleled amenities in this vicinity (see amenities list for detail). When we vacation we look for properties that have a new, fresh feel to them. This can be achieved if a complex is in fact new but is also possible if the right property management and owners council is in place. The last thing a guest (or us) wants is to arrive in an atmosphere that has not been kept up...it can ruin a vacation. We actively participate on the councils to ensure the opinions of our guests and ourselves are heard. We also own units in Miramar Beach (The Crescent) and Santa Rosa (San Remo) on 30-A and can honestly say this approach has worked. To us, there are no better beaches anywhere and it's hard to beat the food. Hope to see you!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Waterscape Resort. The Condo was beautiful and had a nice view of the pools and ocean. We were only 5 minutes to the grocery, across the street from several restaurants, and in walking distance of the pier and night life. The swimming pools and hot tubs at The Waterscape are amazing. Our children would say it was their "best vacation ever". The baby pool areas/playground are also fenced so it is great for families with children of all ages. We used the on site grills frequently for dinner by the pool/beach. The resort also offers beach service which included 2 chairs and an umbrella directly on the beach, and has a cabana where you can order lunch/drinks at extremely affordable prices. The beach here was beautiful and the sand was white. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this condo and resort for a wonderful family vacation.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Very Clean and well maintained Condo. Loved the complex. Great location. Our Family had a wonderful vacation at Waterscapes and couldn't ask for a better Condo. Owner very helpful. I would recommend this Condo to any friend or family member.
