This is a sweet bright condo right in the middle of the funkiest area in Vancouver.
Main street is full of coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and character. There is a high capacity bus (#99) that runs every 6 minutes to everywhere, it's close to the Olympic village and the sea wall that wraps right around Stanley Park to the north and Granville Island to the south.
We pulled two walls down and the place has a nice open feel, good people in the building, manager on site.
There is a soon-to-be-open library right across the street, great dance studio kitty corner, artists studios and urban culture surround this brick and concrete building.

Year Purchased: 2001
Jose and I are a forty something couple with two kids 7 and 3. He's a welder and I'm a massage therapist and we kept our condo to run as a vacation rental when we moved into our crumbling heritage house in East Vancouver. Jose used to work at a youth hostel in Dublin when he was very young and got the taste of facilitating other people's adventures. It's always inspiring to see other people in travel mode and wonderful to be able to help it happen.
