This is a gorgeous renovated condo right in the heart of the best of Vancouver. It's right near the water, 10 minutes from the great shopping of Kitsilano, 5 minutes from the Olympic Village, right near Granville Island Market Place which has amazing food and culture to offer. The place is furnished with a nice sleek sectional placed right in front of a fireplace and large flat screen. Great stereo with surround sound, to the left is a huge custom designed aquarium surrounded by tile. It has been featured in Metropolitan Home and the workmanship is impeccable.
The place is currently undergoing an envelope upgrade, but it's still the most stylish place in town once your inside. Great for the Olympics... we've lowered the price because of the upgrade. It normally rents for $500 per night, but we've reduced it to $250. Amazing space for this price. Check out the pics.

Year Purchased: 2001
Jose and I are a forty something couple with two kids 7 and 3. He's a welder and I'm a massage therapist and we kept our condo to run as a vacation rental when we moved into our crumbling heritage house in East Vancouver. Jose used to work at a youth hostel in Dublin when he was very young and got the taste of facilitating other people's adventures. It's always inspiring to see other people in travel mode and wonderful to be able to help it happen.
