I am a retired dentist and grew up in Gloucester. I moved to Colorado for 35 years and am excited about spending time on the water again. This has been a dream of mine to have a boat on the water and to live in a cottage next to the boat. I finally found the perfect spot.
Why the Owner Chose Gloucester
After growing up in Gloucester and moving to Colorado for most of my life I longed to have a place to show my kids that was on the water. It took 3 years to find this special spot. It is perfect for us and we think you will enjoy it also. It has water views, a community dock, and is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
This cottage has beautiful sunsets, a deck with water views, and is 200 feet to the community dock with our mooring just across the river. The cottage is laid out nicely and makes for a great time to be with family. It has a newly remodeled kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and a large back yard.
