This Sconset charmer is located in the heart of the Village and offers two bedrooms- one queen and the second has two twins and trundle. It sleeps five comfortably. The first floor features an open living and dining room; kitchen with dishwasher and stove; dining area surrounded by windows and a half-bath.
There are lots of windows in the house, new furnishings and linens, electric heat as wells as two covered porches. One porch has a dining table and chairs that overlooks the yard which is surrounded by privet for privacy. The other porch overlooks Shell Street and is great to meeting the neighbors! You're a two minute walk to the Island Trolley Service and bike path.
We have beach towels and beach chairs, alarm clocks, a lobster pot and all the utensils. And there is a dedicated parking space for one car for this house.

The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is just around the corner from the island bike path and trolley service that takes you all over the island. We're a five minute walk to the beach at Cod Fish Park, which has a lifeguard on duty during the season. You can easily walk to any one of the restaurants located in Sconset: Chanticleer, Sconset Cafe, Summer House for lunch or dinner! The Sconset Casino is around the corner and offers family movies each week. There is a post office, liquor store, sandwich shop and market for small groceries in the Village which is a two minute walk.
