Our location at the tennis court area gives you the opportunity to vacation at Seabrook and pay less that properties that are by the ocean. We are only 2 & 1/2 miles from the beach: an easy bike ride! You can walk down the steps from our condo and in the front you will find the tennis facility and in the back a private pool for our condo complex; both are only 20 yards from the steps. You can walk across the street to the Equestrian Center. Less than 1 mile away and easily accessible by bike path or car is beautiful Freshfields Village with a full service grocery store, wifi coffee shop, and many lovely shops and restaurants. Other great features of Seabrook include a gorgeous Oceanside pool at the Beach Club, with a full service outdoor restaurant, and 2 18-hole golf courses on the island. In addition, more golf, shopping, and dining are available at adjacent Kiawah Island.
Come with your family for a relaxing getaway, or come with your friends for a fun tennis trip. Lessons and round robins can be arranged through the full-service pro shop steps outside our door. Whatever you choose, we hope you will fall in love with Seabrook and want to come back again and again.

We are a family of 5, including 3 sons who enjoy visiting Seabrook with their friends for a tennis, golf, or beach outing. We like to come with our USTA or ALTA teams to enjoy great tennis on the island, as well as long days walking on the beach.

We have vacationed on Seabrook since 1984 when our oldest son was just 2, and we have been coming back ever since as our family has grown. We were thrilled to realize our longtime dream of owning our own little slice of this lovely paradise in 2002, and we invite you to join us in our enjoyment of Seabrook.

My first surprise was how private and quiet this unit was! Very soothing beach colors. I actually slept in the sunroom and was surprised by how comfortable the daybed was. Maribeth was a pleasure to deal with as was ResortQuest. We even had to call them for maintenance. They responded as quickly as possible and took care of a minor issue with the trundle bed. We were 2 adults and 4 young children. There are quite a few breakables so I wouldn't recommend the place for toddlers but my children were very entertained with the board games and tennis courts. You should also know that the sunroom is also the entryway to the unit and has no interior doors or blinds. This was not a problem for us, but don't go in thinking you will have 3 bedrooms! We will be back and hopefully soon~

Wonderful condo with great open living space. Very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for the dog crate without it being in our way. Nicely decorated with all the needs of home provided. Would come back again and recommend it to others. ResortQuest was a pleasure to deal with, as was the owner, Maribeth. Seabrook is the quiet and nicer alternative to the busy, "touristy" Kiawah. .

My girlfriends and I have been coming to Seabrook for several years and always stay in this unit. We consider this “our” place. It is nicely decorated and spacious. I especially love the glassed-in porch. As an early riser, it is the perfect spot for me to greet the day without disturbing the others. The tennis courts and “private” swimming pool are just steps away. It is the perfect place to leave the stress of family, work, and home behind! After years of trips with the “girls”, I finally took my husband for a long weekend. Even though it rained, we didn’t really mind. There were lots of good books and board games to help us pass the time. We did some sightseeing at the Firefly winery and the Charleston Tea Plantation; both are interesting and you get to see some of the low country along the way. It is a 30 minute drive to Charleston with all its beauty! We would never think of staying anywhere else when traveling to Seabrook! TTP

We have stayed in this condo the past couple of years and have already made our reservation for next year. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at this courtside condo. It's convenience to the courts is a real plus. The property is very well maintained and the owners have been very responsive to our questions. Definitely recommend it to others. We also enjoyed nearby eating establishments, the community of Freshfields, the beach and, of course, the tennis.
