We loved this particular location as it offered that 'away from it all' feel in peaceful surroundings with wonderful ocean views and a cooling breeze. The swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and fitness room as well as easy access to local beaches make it ideal. We were impressed by nearby Speightstown which remains an authentically Bajan, unspoilt beach-side town and a great place to dine or sit and watch the sun go down sipping a glass of local rum punch!

Green monkeys and humming birds visit the lush gulleys and gardens surrounding this small resort. We are situated in a prime location on the highest point of the ridge with unrestricted views of the Caribbean Sea. We had lots of fun putting the finishing touches to our new vacation home during 2009 turning it into a comfortable, welcoming home from home. Hello from Vuemont, Mount Brevitor! Our family live in a small village in Wiltshire, England. We have two grown-up children and many happy memories of family holidays spent in the sunny Caribbean. This was our first time to Barbados and it will not be the last. Our apartment was perfectly situated in an elevated position only 5 minutes from the coast but still with a sea view. Everything was provided in the apartment which was extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean. We had access to the pools, gym, tennis courts and club house and also the grounds are beautifully maintained. Super location for exploring the island but also for spending lazy days by the beauitful west coast beaches. Our thanks to the owner for making this a truely memorable holiday and one we will never forget. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

Anyone looking for self-catering accommodation in Barbados, I would highly recommend this property at Viewmont, Mount Brevitor in St. Peter. I have just returned from 3 weeks stay at this apartment and my overall experience was excellent! The description of the accommodation on the internet is exactly as it appears and the photos accurately reflect the appearance and amenities. The apartment is well located for privacy, peacefulness and quiet but within easy access of most beaches and other areas - Approximately 5 minutes from Speightstown, 15 minutes from Holetown St James and 30 minutes of Bridgetown by car. Busses are also frequent to many areas. The view across St. Lucy and out into the sea is magnificent! Very relaxing and peaceful! The apartment is very well maintained, clean and tidy and has all the facilities and amenities you would want in a "home-from-home" and more. The staff are all extremely helpful and kind, including cleaners and security staff. There is a gym and tennis court. I found the owner to be extremely helpful and kind and I received prompt responses to my e-mail queries. I would definitely recommend this property to family, friends and anyone else looking for self-catering accommodation in Barbados. I would definitely use this accommodation again.

Fantastic holiday! We cannot recommend this apartment enough. Staying at Mount Brevitor allowed us to enjoy the island to it's full potential as it’s location allowed us to have days out at the stunning calm waters of Mullins on the West coast, and also 'Soup bowls' (known for it's classic surf) on the East coast, all within a fifteen-minute drive of where we were staying. The complex also offers a fully equipped gym and two excellent tennis courts for active people, and the infinity pool/clubhouse is perfect for relaxing in the sun for lazy days. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with spectacular views of the coast. From snorkeling in the crystal blue waters and relaxing on the beach, to the vibrant nightlife of the Oisten festival- Barbados has something for everyone. We can't wait to go back!

My wife children and I had been looking forward to this holiday for well over a year and we were not disappointed in any way. With the help and advice of Jackie the owner, a fantastic apartment and location this had to be our favourite holiday so far. We had a fun packed yet relaxing 2 weeks where we visited numerous fantastic beaches (favourite Port St Charles under the bridge) many eateries of varying ranges of cost (favourite: Mullins bar and Fishermans pub) and many attractions across the island of which a day out on the Tiami catamaran with all your needs catered for is a must, it was great fun for all the family. The villa and complex is everything you would want, Spacious and well planned catering for all your needs in a safe environment, 5 star in our opinion. The views from the apartment and around the complex are wonderful with the elevated position you have unrestricted views out to sea “great sitting on the large balcony with a rum punch or two”. Barbados is a great place to visit and when we get the chance we would love to go back, we would definitely use this apartment again if it was available. As well as the great leisure pools in the landscaped gardens there is now a Club House on the complex with a fantastic infinity pool.....just amazing! We spent every morning before breakfast having a invigorating swim with stunning views of the sea and a gently breeze keeping us cool.We revisited old favorites and found new ones,especially nearby Mullins Beach,St Nicolas Abbey and Earthworks pottery.We just can't stop telling everyone what a wonderful place this is...You have just got to go and see for yourself!

A wonderful base from which to enjoy all the attractions of Barbados. The appartment is a ‘home from home’ with everything one could want for a comfortable and memorable stay. All facilities are excellent and the swimming pools provide an opportunity for quiet relaxation and an alternative to the attractions of the local beaches. A superbly furnished apartment with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and being situated in an elevated postion, sitting out on the verandah for each meal was a delight. The pools were well used and much needed to cool down! We couldn't have wished for a better place to be for our first visit to Barbados. We would love to re-visit and have already recommended the apartment to friends!

This is a stunning apartment and the perfect setting for a fantastic holiday. The apartment is so well equipted it literally takes the stress out of planning.
