Beautiful private 7th floor, end unit has roughly 3,250 sq. ft.- 3,000 inside space and 250 of Balcony. It's fully furnished with upscale furnishings, granite countertops in kitchen & baths, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area, and plasma TVs in each bedroom and living area. The condo has all the comforts of home and then some. Three of the bedrooms have their own outside balcony and off the living area there is a large balcony that overlooks Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
The pool area is absolutely breathtaking overlooking the harbor! There is a 3000sq. ft. Infinity Edge Pool, that is heated during the cold months. There is also a 25 person Hot Tub to soak all your cares away. If you need to get out of the sun and cool off for a moment, there is a covered gazebo for that.
As you sit outside and sip your coffee in the morning or your cocktail in the evening, you can watch the boats come and go into the Marbella Yacht Club and also see a GORGEOUS SUNSET. If you are an early riser you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up.
The condo sleeps 8 comfortably and can sleep 10 if using the sofa bed. For dining, there is room to seat 10 inside and 6 more outside on the patio.

The property is by far the nicest on the harbor. It is a very quiet and private building. The views are breathtaking, and the location is superb.
