We had a wonderful experience staying at Paula Deen's Y'All Come Inn. The house was beautiful,it was in a very good location. The trip was for our 25th wedding anniversary and was SOOO worth it. I didn't want to come home. We loved the beach and the tours we went on. Dinner at The Lady and Son's was fantastic, so was dinner at Uncle Bubba's. I loved the signed cookbook too. My husband and I have already talked about returning and this time bringing the kids. If you ever have the chance, it is definately worth the money.

Thanks to Jan and David of the Mermaid staff, a ramp was built to accomodate a guest in a wheelchair. Jan brought a ramp to the property, but David built an additional ramp for entrance into the property. The elevator was a lifesaver in the Y'All Come Inn! Everyone(Mona,Patty,Denise,Jan,David)bent overbackwards to accomodate our needs!

The experience from renting from mermaid cottages to staying three nights at Ya'll Come Inn was a wonderful experience all the way around. Close to Savannah but yet far enough away to experience the city and the beach in one trip..Two couples who had a grand time!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The home is beautiful and is a very short walk to the beach as stated (it took us only 5min to walk to it). Mermaid Cottages was wonderful in helping us with questions and reservations, etc. The community of Tybee Island is lovely and friendly all around. Y'all Come Inn is also walking distance to a couple of casual restaurants, a convenience store, etc. We highly recommend staying at Y'all Come Inn. Warm & inviting, we hope to return again and again! We are a group of teachers/moms/wives who needed a break! After researching on the internet, we believed Mermaid Cottages to be the agency we wanted to give our business (love the community involvement and love for animals). Then we found the Y'all Come Inn; we definitely made the right choice in both! The "Mermaids" were very friendly, helpful, and accomodating throughout the entire experience, and the house was incredible! It was very bright and clean; we felt very comfortable and at peace during our stay. There was plenty of space, and the furniture was not only attractive, but also comfortable. We especially had fun with the Paula Deen cutout! The home was located in a nice, quiet area, but had a short, pleasant walk to the beach. Our trip to Tybee and stay with the "Mermaids" and Paula Deen were definitely what we needed! All 7 of us highly recommend both! The Mermaids from Acworth, GA- Diane, Denise, Kathy, Kim, Linda, Michelle and Wendy.

This was one of the nicest vacations we have had in the south. We just might turn southern!! Savannah and Tybee Island was lots of fun exploring these two places. Everyone should have a chance to stay here.

Seven members of my Tuesday morning coffee group and I stayed at Paula's beach rental for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience! The beds were very comfortable, and really there was nothing negative about our stay at all. Would definitely recommend it--hope to return one day!

Walking into the house for the first time was a feast for the eyes, taking in all the wonderful furnishings, all the family pictures, and the beautiful Christmas decorations. It was refreshing to sit on the porch and rock and relax. Than night set in and we were all bathed in the glow of the beautiful Christmas lights.

It was a wonderful experience to be in the south with a great kitchen with equipment like home, and cooking with all the incredible food that Tybee Island has to offer.

We loved the Y'all Come Inn on Tybee Island. The house was lovely and had all the amenities of home and more..the elevator was a fun bonus! We fell in love with Tybee and loved the area. The house is conveniently located and we enjoyed sightseeing in Savannah and eating at Lady and Sons and Uncle Bubba's restaurants. Mermaid was so accomodating and very attentive to any questions or concerns. Overall, a great find and hope to return one day!

"Amazing!" My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Ya'lll Come Inn. Jan was very helpful and did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The vacation was a 2009 Christmas gift for our two sons and daughter-in-laws and we had eight months to look forward to our adventure and I can assure you we were not disappointed. "Can't Wait To Get Back!" Since our whole family is in love with Paula Deen, it seemed only logical to stay in her cottage. We all love to cook and have never stayed anywhere with a kitchen so well equipped. There was even a working Easy Bake oven for our little ones. It was an easy walk/bike ride to the beautiful beach and the weather could not have been better. We took advantage of the gas grill at the cottage and celebrated our daughter's birthday during our stay. The Kitchenaid stand mixer was a great surprise and really helped her cake come out perfect. This will be a regular vatcation for our family!

"Superlative (Would You Expect anything Less from Paula?)" My husband, daughter (college senior), and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Y'all Come Inn. Tybee Island was charming, Savannah was a blast, and both of the restaurants (Bubbas and Lady & Sons) were yummy. The VIP seating was truly a blessing. I read Paula's cookbooks for hours (we were rained out a day). The bikes from Tim's were great. We enjoyed the treats and gifts too ... Thank you, Mermaids for making it so special and of course, we truly appreciate all that you do!!! Categorically, everything truly was superlative - honestly y'all.

"good" The place was great overall. Had a problem with the small bedroom with two twin beds and no ceiling fan. I got stuck in that room and it was uncomfortable and tiny House was farther away from the beach then we thought. Did enjoy the beach because of that as much as we planned on.

"Awesome Vacation!!!" Thank You for sharing your home with us for a few days. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay. A beautiful home that one never wants to leave!! "Wonderful Girls' Trip" We had a great stay at Paula Deen's Y'all Come family beach house. What a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We all loved the furniture! The location was great for going to the beach or having a quiet evening on the viranda It would be great if there were hooks by the outdoor shower to hang beach towels on while washing off the sand but other than that--it was perfect!!

"Highlight of our Vacation" We only stayed one night, but what a joy. The house was very relaxing, and clean. we had the best sleep of our vacation that night. I arranged our stay to be a surprise to my wife. the staff at Mermaid Cottages were wonderful to work with, and so friendly! They made this whole thing possible. The elevator was a great help to us. the gifts that Paula left for us was a sweet surprise. Dinner at The Lady & Sons was fantastic. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! "Awesome!" Whether you are a Paula Deen Fan or not, "Ya'll Come Inn" is a great beach condo. It was clean, great decor, and comfortable. It is only a few blocks from the beach and twenty or so minutes from Savannah. My family and I had a fantastic time. If you can I would recommend bringing your bikes to ride around the island. Otherwise just around the corner you can rent bikes. The people could not have been friendlier. If you are a Paula Deen fan the house is full of books, cookbooks, photos, spices, coffees, dressings, you name it, having to do with Paula. I would definitely recommend this condo.

"Relaxing" Relaxing, quiet, light, airy.Easy to find. If you plan to park in the garage think about driving a mid-size sedan. It is a tight fit for a full size vehicle. Elevator was a nice addition but at times seemed like it had a mind of it's own. Might just have been the operator. Definitely check out Savannah, "The Lady and Son's Restaurant". and "Uncle Bubba's." Food and service were outstanding. Reservations suggested. Be sure and take the time to read Captain Michael's book, My Delicious Life With Paula Deen." You will find it very entertaining.

"Delicious Vacation!!!" My family and I were excited about vacationing in Paula Deen's Tybee Beach home. When we arrived we were overwhelmed by how wonderful the accomodations were! From the beautiful home and decor to the " goodies " awaiting us; it was truly beyond our expectations. The home is full of photos of Paula and her family and a couple of her with celebrity friends. This really added a personal touch to the experience and gave true meaning to the expression " Southern Hospitality ". The kitchen is furnished with top notch appliances and Paula's beautiful line of cookware and dishes ( although we did joke about how the butter dish was empty). The house is also stocked full of her many wonderful cookbooks. I do admit that I did not do much cooking on this trip, but I was inspired to go home and attempt to recreate one of her yummy dishes. We ate at both Bubba's and Lady & Son's. I think it is safe to say we came home a few pounds heavier, but it was deee-licious! I also especially enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. I did not want to leave! We vacation on Tybee once a year and Diane and Mermaid have never disappointed us. They went above and beyond to help us with this particular rental and I want to extend a special thanks to her and the staff for helping to make this a wonderful vacation experience for me and my family. We will be back and we will always rent from Mermaid-- they have the best rentals on the island and the best staff!!

"Home away from home" The house was very comfortable. We made extensive use of the kitchen and Paula's seasonings and enjoyed our time together. With all of the family pictures and comfortable furnishings, we felt very much at home - as though we were visiting a friend's home. I would have appreciated having someone come in midweek to clean/vacuum floors and change the sheets but it was like being at home in that regard as well!

"A very enjoyable stay" We had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodations were surberb and very comfortable for the 8 of us. There were no long bathroom lines and the cottage was very clean. It was nice to have the ammities like we were staying in a person's home. We appreciated the gifts that Paula had left for us. The distance to the beach was a short, nice jaunt. It was nice to have a double car garage for our cars. The "Mermaids" were so friendly and accommodating. It was like one was doing business with a friend and not a stranger. But after all of our emails and conversations, it did not seem like we were strangers. Their friendliness and helpfulness was much appreciated. Thanks very much for making our stay enjoyable.

"This cottage is all about the porch!" As always, Diane & her staff have anticipated your every need. The kitchen is completely updated, the claw-foot bathtub is wonderful and the home retains all it's charm & character. But the porch, which wraps around 3 sides, is my favorite feature. This is a place where one can truly relax, which I did.

"Couldn't be a better gift to myself!" From the time we booked until the moment we left we had the best experience with Mermaid Cottages. The ladies go out of their way to make sure everyhting is perfect and we were lacking for nothing. The beach house was wonderful. We had plenty of room for everyone, the elevator made lugging everything up and down so easy, the kitchen was stocked with evry pot or pan we could need, and the spices, coffee, sauces, and dressings left for us were great! Our little 2 year old loved using Jack's Easy Bake Oven and the mix was even there wiht it. Outside is a nice herb garden that we picked cherry tomatoes and herbs from each day. The walk to the beach was lovely and short and there were even a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board there to use. We used the washing machine often and they had the supplies all there for us. Such a carefree and easy trip. But all of that aside, it was made the vacation of a lifetime when Paula and Michael stopped by for a quick hello! How thrilled we were to get to meet them and take pictures!

"AWESOME!" We had such a wonderful time visiting Tybee Island! Everything was so nice and so clean! Our expectations were exceeded! We have never stayed in a beach home. It was so spacious and so convenient. We loved having the full kitchen. We stayed in and enjoyed dinners at home. I loved looking through all the books available and using the yummy spices. The peanuts were out of this world! I think we went through those within a day. Our family enjoyed riding our bikes around and the friendly atmosphere on Tybee Island. My favorite part in the house was the rocking chair on the front porch. Life just does not get any better than just relaxing and rocking. The least had to have been leaving to come home. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful experience!

"Good times!" Myself and 6 of my girlfriends stayed in Paula Deen's beach house this March for my bachelorette party weekend! I really enjoyed staying there and would love to return w/ family. The house was clean and very comfortable. The only down falls I noticed were the sofa bed is not comfortable AT ALL and really shouldn't be considered a sleeping area. During our stay the elevator was broken, I would hope it would be repaired as if there'd have been an elder person w/ us they certainly wouldn't have been able to climb all those stairs. I was pleased that we were given reservations to Paula's and Uncle Bubba's they were both great!! I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. We hope to make another trip back very soon!

"Fantastic!!" There is probably not enough space...we loved everything about our four day trip. The home was very comfy and inviting. There were 7 or us girls, so it was pretty full. My daughter lived in Savannah for a year, and we were quite familiar with Tybee and the area. We would have loved to have more time to sit on the porch, but there was too much we wanted to do. Everything we needed was provided (we didn't plan to cook). We loved the homey feel most. Both restaurants were great--and we would have never gotten in without the VIP reservations--thanks. We've been singing your praises to everyone, and think we'll generate some business for you. Thanks for a great trip.

"The best birthday my sister ever had!!" My sister is the ultimate Paula fan. So, for her 49th birthday her son and I scheduled her for the trip. From the minute we arrived and she discovered the autographed cookbook and the lifesize Paula cut out, a mountain of photos, dinner with Uncle Bubba and Lady & Sons. Food was GREAT, accommodations were TERRIFFIC and the only problem was the stay was TOOOOOO short! Thanks!!

"Loved it!" It was a cool, rainy weekend but six great friends really enjoyed the house. Everything in it was Paula Deen! We were surprised by the beautiful live Christmas tree and decorations. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend this house!

"A Perfect Match" Our stay at Ya'll Come Inn for our 40th wedding anniversary was a perfect match for us. As soon as we walked in we felt like we were at home. In addition to the furnishings and decor, we had the added magic of the Christmas tree, holiday greenery and lights. Our three nights were way too short but we soaked in every minute of being in one of the nicest vacation rentals we have experienced. Tybee Island was like stepping back in time but with temperatures in the 30's and brisk winds, we spent much of our time indoors.

"Great accomodations" Our weekend at "Yall Come Inn was very relaxing and fun. Loved all the furnishings and especially the elevator. The short walk to the beach was not a problem. "A Truly Beautiful and Relaxing Island Home!" The "Y'all Come Inn", is a peaceful and elegant escape from everyday life. I absolutely loved the master bedroom, I have never slept so good away from home. My entire family felt right at home with all the amenities, even my small grandchildren loved it too.
