This luxurious 7500 square-foot villa is located in the exclusive community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas. A fabulous hilltop retreat, Villa Gran Vista (Great View) is true to its name and features breathtaking panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.
The interior design is inspired by sophisticated Spanish Colonial style. Soft, neutral tones in the home are brightened with a blend of classic paintings and local art and carvings. The consistent luxury of all 7 bedroom suites makes Villa Gran Vista the ideal getaway for couples and groups. Each individually themed suite has a king bed, satellite TV, phone, stereo speakers & control system to listen to your choice of music coming from the central CD player or iPod station, beautiful ensuite full bathrooms and views of the Pacific Ocean.
The gourmet kitchen is any chefs dream, with extensive cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with a Thermador 6 burner gas range. A 52" wide screen TV, computer/internet station, and plush leather sofas are the highlights of the TV/media center. Leather furnishings are also featured in the living and dining areas, along with beautiful, hand-crafted wood furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling walkways connect indoor and outdoor living at Villa Gran Vista.
The private grotto with plush tropical gardens, a cantera stone fountain and statues is a well shaded and secluded area to escape to when you are ready for some privacy to read your new Novel.
Adjacent to the gorgeous infinity pool and swim up bar is an outdoor grilling area and wet bar shaded by a beautiful cantera columned and wood pergola. Modern design elements seem to have inspired the geometric beauty of the infinity pool and 360 degree infinity edged Jacuzzi. Around the pool, lounge chairs face out towards the brilliant blue Pacific, inviting guests to relax in the sun and enjoy the calming ocean vistas

Vonage fax service is also available. Internally, it also calls room-to-room so your not running around the Villa to reach family & friends.

- Fortunato and Lulu, Gran Vista's live-in caretakers are a distinguishing part that separates this Villa from most others. They provide the ultimate in personal attention and service, handling the indoor cleaning and maid services, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. They are knowledgeable of the Villa and can assist with questions and problems should they arise. You may also want to use them for an additional service fee paid directly to them for food preparation, cooking, etc. Another very important feature is that Gran Vista is setup with a backup system and is capable of running off the public utility grid. It includes an emergency propane fueled backup generator, a 5,000 liter propane tank and 10,000 gallons of water storage. This redundant system becomes very important in the unlikely event of a Hurricane, or other public utility outage.

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The main level is handicap friendly with no stairs or steps between the living room, dining room, kitchen, pool table room, TV/Media room, powder room, Grand Master bedroom suite, main level deck and swimming pool areas.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): There is a wheelchair sidewalk ramp going from the secured off-street parking area to the main level of Gran Vista. Once in the Villa, all rooms on the main level are wheelchair and handicapped accessible.
- Not Suitable for Children: There are not many items that can be damaged from young children with proper parental supervision, but as always, when swimming pools, water features, stairs, balconies, and drop-offs are concerned, parents or guardians must exercise extreme caution and close supervision.

- While I prefer to drive, it is a short 5-10 minute walk to Pedregal's private Beach. This secluded beach rarely has more than a handfull of people walking, jogging, or just laying out in the sun. Exercise caution when close to the water as the breaking waves and undertoe can be extremely dangerous.

Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
Pedregal as a community is only seconds to town yet has a feel of being miles from the city life and lights. It is a gated development with a high level of security. Additionally, Gran Vista is ultra private with wrought-Iron fencing and gates.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
No matter which direction your facing, their are beautiful views. To the South is the Pacific Ocean unobstructed and while swimming in the infinity edged pool, you feel as though you can just reach out and touch the Ocean. Looking to the North is the Pedregal mountain with its natural wind etched granite rocks that give the feeling of strength and permanency. As your facing the Ocean in the morning, the sun is rising to your left and continue to provide you with warmth and sun throughout the entire day until it sets off to your right, over the Pedregal mountain top.
