Info On The Home and Resort
Upon Arrival at Emerald Island Resort the guard will direct you to the clubhouse to pick up a pass for your car(s) then direct you to our home, when at the home you have no need for keys as entry is by key code (just punch in the code)
We have recently installed pool door alarms for children's safety, removable child safety screen also provided along with latches on doors children can not reach
We have several living and family rooms, from the front door the first room you enter is the formal living area, a quiet space with a 3 and 2 sofa (we like to listen to music here)it is tastefully decorated the flooring is carpeted, this room also has a formal dinning table for up to 8 guests
The next open living room has a large corner sofa seating 12 and large television and tiled floor. Breakfast nook and kitchen, breakfast bar all utensils are provided, two sliding doors with direct access to the sparkling pool.
Pool area has seating for 14 people a welcome shaded lanai extends the full width of the home ,the pool is 30 foot long by 15 foot wide and includes a 6 person spa, NO BACK NEIGHBORS PRICELESS. Gas BBQ grill is provided complimentary
There are six bedrooms in total. The first romantic master suite over looks the pool area which boasts a luxury king-size bed and TV. An en suite bathroom, with a roman tub vanity unit, separate shower and water closet half bath; with wash basin and water closet. The second romantic master bedroom which is located up stairs also has a luxury king-size bed, TV, leading to the en suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower over and water closet. Two further bedrooms consist of queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two additional twin bedded guest rooms feature two twin beds and share a bathroom.
Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. As you pass through the 24 hour guarded gatehouse the playful dolphin fountains welcome you to this unique resort. This excellent location is less than 3 miles to Walt Disney World. Seaworld and Universal Studios are only a short drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the area, Magic Dunes is just 2 minutes away. For shopping there is the excellent Florida Mall, or the exclusive Millenia Mall plus many more. Downtown Disney provides shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. Closer to home there are shops, a supermarket and many restaurants ( to suit all tastes and budgets) all less than a mile from Emerald Island.

We have holidayed in the Disney area since 1999 and fell in love with Disneyland of course the weather Our first visit was in a hotel (5 of us in a hotel room it was awful) The second time we decided to book an all inclusive flight, car, and vacation home, it was fantastic and we were hooked The 3rd visit we were expecting the same but the villa was terrible as it was on arrival so did not know where we were staying, it totally put us off Florida 4th time we booked a villa on line so we knew exactly where we would be staying, and we enjoyed it so much we decided to take the plunge and buy a home ourselves we now share our home with like minded people who are looking for a nice CLEAN holiday home to share with their family and friends This location can save you hours of driving time in a week to get to Disney. In addition, it only takes a few minutes to get to other Orlando attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, the Convention Centers, and International Drive.

Hi, My husband and i are from the Wirral in Cheshire UK,i have been a social worker for 15 years, and my husband has owned butchers shops since his 20s, at one point employing over 200 staff, we have 3 grown up children in their early 20s. We have been married for 24 years which has flown by We try to visit our home twice a year to check on our property our time is mostly spent adding decorations changing pictures replacing missing items,(accidents do happen)and generally freshening the home, but we do enjoy it. The rental money helps with our running costs as the home is very expensive to run, if we do make a profit on our rentals then we use it to upgrade the home as something always needs replacing and upgrading, we want our guests to say "wow" when they walk in our home!!
