Why the Owner Chose Waterscape
We are excited to be a part of the new Waterscape development in the Okaloosa Island area as it offers unparalleled amenities in this vicinity (see amenities list for detail). When we vacation we look for properties that have a new, fresh feel to them. This can be achieved if a complex is in fact new but is also possible if the right property management and owners council is in place. The last thing a guest (or us) wants is to arrive in an atmosphere that has not been kept up...it can ruin a vacation. We actively participate on the councils to ensure the opinions of our guests and ourselves are heard. We also own units in Miramar Beach (The Crescent) and Santa Rosa (San Remo) on 30-A and can honestly say this approach has worked. To us, there are no better beaches anywhere and it's hard to beat the food. Hope to see you!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a long weekend celebrating our 10yr anniversary. The condo is very nice inside with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful furniture and very spacious. The condo is in the perfect location since it is in the middle of all the action. You have a beautiful view of all the pools and of the gulf from the large balcony. Getting down to the beach and to the pools are a breeze with the elevator just around the corner from the room. It was great to see all of the kids playing in the pool and on the beach. The pools are really nice and safe for kids of all ages to play in and they have some pretty cool built in waterfalls and slides for the kids. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another trip to Waterscape in July with our kids. Linda was great and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Linda and her condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Personal attention from the owner made our check in and stay very pleasent. The accomodations were just what our family wanted. The king bed slept great, and the fold out couch was just right for our kids. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail as soon as we opened the door. The accomodations were very up to date and in good order. We chose to cook in several nights, and there were more than enough kitchen items to get the meal together. The ocean facing porch was perfect. It gave a great view of both the various pools and white beach. The numerous gas grills on site were also a great plus. We used them twice as our kids swam. My wife was ready to stay another week. So, that means we will for sure be staynig in B518 again. Thank you for the wonderful week of memories that we have until we return again!

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed at this condo at the end of September. It's very clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony is great (can see from the pools all the way to the beach/ocean). We spent quite a bit of time in the condo (as a 2 year old needs naps) and we didn't mind at all...quite cozy with all the amenities. The pools and play area for kids were a big hit with us. I had to pry my daughter off of the soft sea creature toys and out of the zero entry pool daily. All of us enjoyed the lazy river. We plan on returning next year, possibly with some friends and their child. Great vacation experience! Hopefully we can rent from the Highfields again...they were very helpful!

This is the perfect vacation spot for kids! We brought our 2 girls here for a long weekend, and both of them loved it, especially all the water play areas! This is a wonderful condo complex and the beaches are beautiful! My 3 year old said the pirate ship water slide is her favorite and the lazy river and the beach and "the pool with no water over my head". And she has asked to come back here again real soon! The condo was very clean and comfortable, had a great view and the owner was very easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation where everyone can have a great time and never get bored! We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and look forward to coming back!

Linda's unit was perfect. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, clean and beautiful. The resort is also exactly what is shown. The grounds are well maintained. The pools are cleaned every morning. We enjoyed the balcony in the unit and the view of the ocean. The resort was easy to get around and had great access to the beach. Linda was so easy to work with. She answered every question and responded quickly. We would definitely rent from Linda and stay at the Waterscape again.

As usual another great experience at Waterscape. This was my third time in 5 months going to Waterscape and it was wonderful. The last two times I booked through Resort Quest and this time through VRBO. I have to say the personal touch of this room was nice. There was a small issue while we were there (to no fault of anyone), but I called the owner and it was taken care of immediately. I would recommend Waterscape and renting from the Highfields to anyone. Thanks for another relaxing experience!!!! Already looking forward to my next trip.
