Your own dock is just out the front door for canoing or swimming or sunbathing. Pocasset and Androscoggin Lakes have fishing and boating. Bring your kayaks for more exploring. You can walk to the General Store, the Post Office, the Church and the Library, or to Tubby's, our world famous ice cream shop! The community tennis courts are also within walking distance.
From the historic village of Wayne, you will be centrally located with access to the coast, the mountains and the surrounding Lakes Region. But the best time is spent relaxing and reading, paddling your canoe or enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the Mill Stream as the sun slowly sets. You will immediately become part of this charming community of 1000 people when you rent this new cottage. A private patio garden enclosed by a huge stone wall is a nice place to read or to sit and enjoy a meal. The back deck overlooks the Mill Stream.
