Our perfect family vacation home for over 30 years. Remodeled, redecorated and ready for your enjoyment. Enjoy the shopping mecca city life of Newport Beach and/or the simple Balboa Island life with no movement from your heavenly spot. Our home is in the middle of Balboa Island; walk the 2.6 mile perimeter, walk 3 blocks to the ferry; walk 2 blocks to Ruby Beach.

Our children and their children feel it is a sign of summer when they are on the island. Walking to Marine Avenue for Balboa Bars or Frozen Bananas; setting up a Lemonade stand on Ruby Beach, kayaking around the Big Island, taking the Ferry to the Fun Zone are great for the young and young at heart. The older folks find sunning, swimming, surfing and reading pleasures.

  • We just returned from a week at this beautiful home. It was very clean, had a kitchen that had everything and more in it. It had a safe attached car garage to park our car. The location was perfect and on a nice street. We are already making plans to return. Carol was a delight to work with.

  • We just spent 2 weeks in this lovely home on Balboa Island with our extended family, (children and grandchildren). We had a great time in no small part due to the comfort and convenience of this home and the attention to detail that Carol provided. It was well supplied with everything we could possibly want for our comfort and pleasure. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the ferry to the peninsula, and the shopping and dining area. We all enjoyed our morning walk around the island. We look forward to returning!

  • We just returned from Balboa Island and had a wonderful time! This home made the trip so enjoyable. There was plenty of room for our family and the bedrooms were perfect...bunks, twins, and a queen! The linens were provided and top rate. The furnishings were lovely yet livable for a family with young children. The location couldn't have been better...close to Ruby beach, the ferry and town! The kitchen had everything we needed and the fun we had sitting out on the nice brick patio will be memories we'll cherish. We can't wait to return to our new home away from home! Carol,the owner, was great to work with!
