Waikoloa Colony Villas is a luxury, gated community located in the prestigious Waikoloa Beach Resort along the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. These luxury townhouses are located along the 15th fairway of the resort's beach golf course with views of Mauna Kea, the Pacific Ocean, & the Kohala Mountain range.
This newly constructed complex (built in 2003) offers one adult swimming pool with Jacuzzi and one kids friendly swimming pool, a clubhouse w/party deck, tennis court, fitness center, complimentary parking, outdoor barbeque grills, and beautifully manicured landscaped courtyards, and secured gated entrance.
The two-story Villa features a private lanai, dramatic 17-foot vaulted ceiling in the living area, and a gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining and living area and feature European cabinetry and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked and is equipped with all dishes, cookware, glassware, utensils, and serving dishes.
The bedroom features a king size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedrooms. The master bath features marble counters, twin sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower, and walk-in closet. Daily housekeeping service is available at no additional charge.
The unit is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the living area, as well as in the bedrooms.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. Designated smoking areas are located on property.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is a destination resort centrally located on the sunny Kohala Coast, 18 miles or 20 minutes from the Keahole Kona Airport.
