November and January - March have been taken already for the next season.. Don't wait to long. April is the best month of all and it is still available. December is fun too. Playing golf in the sunshine on Xmas Day has always been one of our family traditions. The 1st 2 weeks of January are still open. So you could do a xmas/new year thing if you wanted.
Unlimited golf, tennis, spa services and the athletic club with our membership (guest fees apply). This condo is south facing which is the best exposure for the desert climate. The patio gets morning and afternoon sun and has an electric retractable awning for you to enjoy as you watch the golfers putting on the 15 green of the Championship Course. You will also be looking across 2 fairways with water features and fountains.
This is a Sycamore Plan that we purchased from a friend who was a designer. She really did a nice job and you will surely enjoy the casual elegant feel she accomplished.
Directly across the street is one of the 49 pools and hot tubs found though out the complex. You can also enjoy the newly revamped clubhouse with a Jr. Olympic pool, water aerobics, fitness facilities, full service day spa, nail and hair salon, 2 restaurants, a snack bar and more.

We purchased this condo in 2000 not as a rental, but as our family home, away from home. This will be the first time we have ever rented it. So it is more like a home then a rental. I can't stress enough to any potential renter... you want south facing, double fairways with water and out of golf ball range. This condo has it all and more.

As a young golfing family from Seattle, we wanted a place to go in the winter with our kids to play golf and enjoy (nearly) guaranteed sun in the winter. We have made a lot of friends at Palm Valley that will last us a lifetime. Several of our friends from Seattle also have places at Palm Valley and its fun to all be together while we are on vacation.
