This charming older house, with a large private yard, is on Pleasant Street in West Dennis.
The house was built between 1860 and 1900. It is an easy 10-minute walk (or 5-minute bike ride) to the West Dennis Public Beach and the Village of West Dennis. This quiet location provides the convenience of proximity to the beach with the privacy of a one-block road with very little traffic.
The two-story house is rambling and can easily handle a large family with kids. There is one bedroom downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, parlor (with TV), living room and enclosed sun porch.

Microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD and VCR, new refrigerator and enclosed sun porch. The living room includes a spinet piano.
The back yard has Adirondack chairs, picnic table and a Weber charcoal grill. Everything you need for light housekeeping is provided with the exception of linens. But sheets and towels can be provided at an additional charge if you prefer.
Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
