My girlfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights over Christmas last year. It was such an awesome experience that I will be returning back to San Francisco as much as possible. Ryan has set up a great little apartment that is more than enough for a couple traveling. After 10 or more hours of walking, it was great to come back to the place, chill for a bit then head out down the street for food (I suggest the Sugar Cafe down on the next block, great cocktails!). The kitchen facilities were fantastic and allowed us to make our own meals when we wanted. The wireless internet worked great and meant we could plan our days before heading out. This place really is walking distance to so many places and the bus stop is right across the street. Overall, it was well worth the money and made our trip very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a five-night stay in this cozy apartment a few minutes from Union Square. There was a grocery store a few blocks away, along with easy access to shopping and the BART and MUNI stops. Ryan was very professional, and even let us store our bags a couple hours before check-in. Although we have visited San Francisco in the past, this really gave us a feel for being part of the city!

Ironically this was near my brother's old apartment one block over. Good location for people who want to stay in SF, and I mean in SF where they're close to Union Square and within walking distance of Chinatown. Plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops close to this shopping destination...and for those who need a java fix, you're in no short supply of finding a neighboring coffee shop or Starbucks. Description lived up to precisely as promised and then some. Real estate broker was quite helpful and the instructions were very accurate as to checking in and out. Although visitors when staying here, won't need a car. Good and sizable studio apartment is fairly comfortable and a good kitchen I must say, plus they've got a good entertainment system for those who want to enjoy themselves. My only few beefs are that the elevator didn't work for this fourth floor apartment; there wasn't a rack in the shower to place your things and one might feel slightly uncomfortable with no screens on the windows (this place can get somewhat heated during the summer, save for a small fan). But overall, I would highly recommend this place and I hope I can stay here in the future. Renting an apartment like this, is well worth it over a hotel any day of the week.

My daughter and I rented this quaint place for 3 nights. It was absolutely everything we wanted! From experiencing the cool early 1900's elevator to being withing walking distance to downtown/trollies/bus station, etc. It was clean and felt homey. Ryan was available to answer any questions we had and the directions were very clear. We loved the shopping near by and there is a Walgreens a couple of blocks away for snacks and breakfast food. We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco and will definately be back

I stayed here with my husband, and we were in the city for a wedding. Perfect size for a couple, well maintained and clean, and Ryan was very helpful and would reply to questions and concerns promptly. Bed was very comfortable, and there is a great walk in closet. Kitchen was well stocked. Buses and streetcar are easily accessible and just down the road to get to downtown and waterfront. Union square is a few blocks away. It's less expensive than a hotel, yet much nicer (we looked online at some sketchy hotels that were more expensive!), more room, and you can save some money by eating some meals in. Really worked well for us, we would definitely stay here again! PS the cafe across the street has great coffee and very good breakfast, and we didn't get there but heard that the Fleur de Lys next door is an amazing restaurant.

I recently stayed in this charming studio for an entire month while training for a new job and the location cannot be beat. I was able to walk to work. I stayed again during a return trip for a week. The price is very reasonable and it is within walking distance to everything - including public transport if you need to go further than walking distance. The owner is extremely responsive and highly professional. There is also a wonderful building caretaker who is always on hand if for emergencies or if you just need someone to explain the elevator to you! I highly recommend this adorable little place on Sutter St.
