We serve hundreds of vacationers a year. Being all inclusive with no maximum or minimum gimmicks has brought us great success. We are friends still with our past visitors so what does that say besides we are bases on repeat business mostly.
Why the Owner Chose Brooklyn
There is a church up the block on the corner and in the other direction as well. The block has a school on it so there are not many neighbors on the block to me. This apartment is like a whole other world as we are high up. We look across the sky not down from the windows and patio. There is a public school across the street thus a drug free and quiet block. It's tree lined. I walk 5 blocks to the G train I am in Manhattan in 15 minutes.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Just take a look. Its brand new. It's a two floor apartment with a bathroom on each floor. A bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor. It has a big patio. We have barbecued and had a few parties out there before. Mostly sunbathing.
