The House and the property is as cute as a button.
Built in the 1800 it has its old charm. The back yard has a coy pond with frogs and fish while you enjoy the outdoors. This property is nice and private.
This area is great for fabulous canoeing, kayaking, swimming hole and freshwater fishing. The nature preserve at Ell Pond offer visitors hikes though a forest of stately hemlocks and beneath magnificent giant rhododendrons to explore the steep bedrock erosion caused by the last glacier more than 10,000 years ago.
We are a short drive to Misquamicut beach, Foxwood Casino, Newport, Block Island. And if you enjoy golfing Fenner Hill golf course is minutes away.
