This is one of nicest luxury condos in the area! The Resort & Spa – Colorado’s first “green” resort has been put on Condé Nast Traveler’s “Hot List” for 2009 “whose design, service, and amenities transcend industry standards.” It's one of only 34 U.S. resorts to be featured on this year’s “Hot List.” The resort was built “green” from the bottom up! Hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, swimming, shopping, spa, supreme cuisine…this area has it all! The views are stunning and the service is not to be believed.
This resort is LUXURY at a fraction of the cost! While everyone else has little balconies, this unit has a large deck with table and chairs attached to the unit looking onto scenic vistas. There are only a handful of condos that have this deck…it is pretty exclusive! Relax and have a glass of wine and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
This two-bedroom resort condo offers all the amenities you could ask for, plus impeccable service and a free gondola at the base of the resort that brings you right up and down the mountain in and out of Beaver Creek. The condo is a lockoff so it is possible to
rent as a one or two-bedroom or as a hotel room with two queen beds. All rates are super competitive and much less than renting from the Westin with no taxes or fees to pay. You are renting directly from the owner with Westin-approved furnishings.

Why the Owner Chose Avon
We are retired and bought this as an investment and enjoyment for our family. We have three children and five grandchildren, who all ski. We also enjoy being in the mountains in the summer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Westin is a great brand name. The resort is brand new with just having completed the ski season. At the Westin you can rent your skis on site, catch the gondola w/o getting cold.(It is right there). There is a terrific restaurant, bar, beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. A great fitness center with spa. There is "Westin kids" that provides fun filled daycare for the children. There is everything there without leaving the Westin. There is a snack shop, takeout, dine in. SBUX is a short distance by foot. I can assure you it will be a positive vacation!

Even better than it looks in the attractive pictures above; the high ceilings make it more spacious than you might expect and it is very private. Plus, our room was serenely quiet. This unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. We used VRBO because the Westin was full; this worked out so well for us. And even though the Westin was full, this was not at all evident. I don't know where all those people were. We enjoyed swimming in the pool while it was snowing, experienced good yoga classes and the beautiful Spa. The Spa scheduled a same-day massage that did not quite meet my expectations, but this was only a minor negative. There are many excellent restaurants in the area and fun things to do. It was nine degrees and snowing while we were there, we still got out and enjoyed the natural beauty of the area. This was our first VRBO and the owner couldn't have made it easier and went out of her way to be helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend renting this property. We were so impressed, we wished we could buy our own unit!

What a find! We rented this unit Thanksgiving 2010. We arrived thinking that we would be checking into a timeshare building just to the right of The Westin Hotel. We were thrilled to discover that not only were we in the hotel but we were in a prime location. Our view consisted of the pool/hottub area, a gorgeous river running behind the property and The Beaver Creek Mountain as the backdrop. The unit itself is comfortable and is kept to the high Westin standard. The restaurant on site is great, check out happy hour for small plates and quality wine for $5. There is so much to do in this area. The bike path is right along the river. A short walk will take you to coffee shops, great restaurants and the grocery store. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Since you are renting directly from the owner you will need to make arrangements with them for housekeeping. This little inconvenience did not bother us as we payed much less then we would have if we made reservation through The Westin. We look forward to returning during the ski season so that we can take advantage of the gondola, fabulous skiing and the lively atmosphere.
