My 2 friends and I traveled to Paris in February and the apartment host was very gracious and helpful. Upon our arrival, the host had placed fresh orange juice and croissants on a tray for us along with fresh flowers in the apartment. The apartment was exactly as depicted. Simply lovely. Nice bistros nearby, great Latin Quarter shopping, La Mouffetard is 2 blocks away for impromptu provisions of wine, cheeses, sweets, or dinner items. We are so pleased with our visit and would gladly recommend this apartment to any Paris travelers.

We recently stayed at this apartment for nine nights. From start to finish the entire experience was wonderful. After I had expressed interest in the apartment, Dominique was fantastic in communicating with me and providing the information about the apartment. The payment went seamlessly and as the date neared for the stay, Dominique e-mailed me very detailed instructions about how to find the apartment, how to get in, who to call, etc. It made the process very simple. On the day we arrived (exhausted from traveling) we were met at the apartment by Dominique's son Phillipe. He was very gracious and had a basket of fresh croissants and orange juice ready for us. He went through the apartment and explained all of the features, gave us pointers on the area, and invited us to contact him any time if we had any problems. The apartment was wonderful! It was in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Quite frankly, many of the rooms were bigger than they had appeared in the photographs (our experience is that it's usually the opposite). There were plenty of towels and supplies. The kitchen was well stocked and the variety of cooking implements was significantly more than you typically find in a rental apartment. The location was great. We were a four-minute walk to a metro station and half a block from Rue Mouffetard which is a quaint little shopping street packed with shops of every size and type. A good-sized grocery store was half a block away and there was a selection of five different bakeries within five minutes from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again. The location, size, condition, and amenities are all fantastic.

We recently enjoyed a 5 week holiday throughout Italy and France, staying in this lovely apartment for one week from the 29th of January. Our teenage children were travelling with us (15 and 16 years old) and it was important we all had spacious, comfortable and warm accomodation (very important in Winter!) in a very convenient location. This apartment certainly fulfilled our expectations in every way. In particular the hospitality of our hosts Jacques and Dominque and their son Philippe was really appreciated. From the moment we enquired about their property. prior to leaving Australia. they were very responsive to our questions. It was just wonderful to meet Dominique at her 'Paris home' - the apartment, and to enjoy the pastries and coffee she offered us on our arrival. We had a lovely stay in Paris, made all the better by having such a delightful home to return to each day. So do not hesitate at all - book this apartment now - you will love it!!

Living Like a Parisienne

This is a spacious, clean, well appointed, and comfortable apartment in a lovely neighborhood. It is withinin a healthy walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne, Ile de la Cite, the Louvre, and even the train to Versailles. There are also bus and Metro stops nearby for those who prefer. The rooms are very pleasant, furnished with antiques and artfully decorated. It also has beautiful views of the garden on one side. Best of all, it is in a quiet residential neighborhood without tourists, giving one the feel of what it is like to live in Paris. The owners and the local manager are very responsive and quite nice to work with. The apartment is also near an open air market, where one can buy all the groceries needed to set up house, as well as a variety of outdoor cafes. We would certainly stay here again.
