NEW RENTAL for 2009 - VINCENT VAN GO TO THE BEACH is the perfect vacation canvas. Located directly across from the beach, it's less than 120 steps from the driveway to the dunes! A three minute walk (or less) to Hatteras Island’s inviting south beach and a ten minute bike ride away from the charter boat docks. VVGTB is pure fun. The ground level has good parking, hot/cold outdoor shower, fish station, and underhouse entry.
Level one with sound views, opens with a full bath, mini-kitchen, and game room with Q Murphy bed, foosball table and entertainment center. Topside on level two, the spacious tiled great room opens with cathedral ceiling and is anchored by resort furnishings and a top of the line entertainment center. A fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is close to dining area.
A laundry nook is off the kitchen. Oceanview bedroom one and bedroom two are close to a hall bath. Oceanview bedroom three has deck access and soundview bedroom four are both close to second hall bath. Upscale mattresses, TVs, are in all bedrooms. Wide southern furnished decks and an eat-in screened porch capture postcard ocean views.

Club Hatteras membership gives you access to Olympic pool, tennis, playground a short drive away.
Children's programs available through Club Hatteras. Famous Hatteras Lighthouse and Graveyard Museum of the Atlantic are nearby. Take your car on the free ferry to explore nearby Ocracoke Island. It's a 40 minute ride across the sound. A perfect opportunity to see the dolphins, birds, and fish.

Not your typical beach house! Upgraded furnishings, comfortable beds and a new hot tub were just some of the amenities that make this more of a "second home". The beach is right across the street and in an area that is somewhat secluded. Excellent home for $$$.

Great place to unwind, enjoy the sun, surf, and sand. Away from the carnival atmosphere of other locations in OBX. Water stays warm longer than other beaches because of gulf stream effect.
