Antibes apartment description

This spacious three bedroom apartment is brand new and one of the best positioned apartments in the area. The apartment is located in Boulevard Marachel Foch which is just five minutes walk from the Centre Ville and its amenities, the Old Town and also the beach. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, and provides a home from home luxury holiday for up to 6 family and friends and room for 2 visitors too. It boasts an extensive terrace with spa pool, external dining and lounge areas as well as a sweeping balcony which spans the other two sides of the apartment.

Both of the larger bedrooms have queen size beds and fitted wardrobe space whilst the third bedroom has two 3ft wide single beds and solid oak wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the main bathroom is directly adjacent to bedroom 2. Bedroom 1 and 2 have French doors which open on to the sweeping balcony which gives sea views across the Cap D'Atibes.

The lounge is spacious and modern. It has ample seating on the leather suite and 40' LCD TV and DVD player in the storage unit.

The internal dining area has an extending solid oak table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high specification and includes ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, double oven/grill and dishwasher as well as small electrical such as coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as clothes airier and iron and ironing board. The apartment has dual heating / air conditioning system which is both centrally and individual room controlled. The electric shutters whilst can be individually controlled also have a central control to close all shutters when leaving the apartment.

The apartment also has an allocated secure car park space and this is accessed via a car lift. There is secure entrance for residents on foot and lift to each floor.

Antibes train station is 1km away and accessible on foot giving easy access to places such as Monaco, Cannes, Nice and Juan le Pins. There are also golf courses nearby and the local ski resorts of Auron and Isola are only 1.5 hours away and served by local buses.

                      Antibes is such a central location in the Cote D'Azur - between Nice and Cannes and near enough for day trips to Monaco, Eze, St Tropez and a number of other beautiful towns and villages. The apartment is also only an hour and a half from the ski resorts of Auron and Isola. In addition there are a number of local golf courses with a short drive of the apartment. Antibes and its surrounds benefit from an all year round calendar of festivals and events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival. All of this is easily accessed using local public transport - either train or bus. If active hiring a bike is also a wonderful way to see the beautiful French landscapes.
