Our luxury condo located in the Bethany Bay Resort and Golf Community offers panoramic views of the Indian River Bay and wetlands from its upper floor end unit location. The unit has been professionally decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while on vacation.
The bi-level floor plan with two master bedrooms offers an abundance of privacy and is ideal for a shared or extended family vacation. The first floor consists of two bedrooms -- MBR (king)with private bath, second BR (daybed/trundle) with private bath, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living area with large TV (DVD/VCR), fireplace, laundry closet, screened porch, and front deck.
Up the spiral staircase to the second level which boasts another MBR (queen) with private bath, a large second bedroom (2 queen) also with a private bath. The kitchen, hallway, and all bathrooms are ceramic tile and Berber carpeting throughout the bedroom and living areas. There are 5 cable TVs, some with DVD/VCR's (and video library).
Bethany Bay is ideally suited for your family vacation. Slightly off the beaten track it is magnificently quiet and picturesque. A short and delightful walk from the condo and you are at the pool, playground, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts and the 9-hole mid-length golf course.
Located in an area known as “The Quiet Resorts” you can enjoy the best of both worlds – “a getaway from it all retreat that is close to everything”! You are only 4 miles away from Bethany Beach with its boardwalk, restaurants & shops – something for everyone in the family. The Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is only 10 miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Other Bethany Beach Properties
The community backs up to the Indian River Bay, so there are waterviews everywhere. The builder also left a lot of "green space" which we love. Also, since the community is approx. one mile off the main road it is very quiet and peaceful. A little off the beaten track, but close to everything.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Walking around the community and enjoying the views and wildlife. Also taking walks through the wooded nature trails. Of course, the usual .... swimming, golf, tennis, etc.

Bethany Beach, known as one of the "Quiet Resorts" is less commercial, family friendly, and reminiscent of those long ago family vacations. We know that you will love it too.
