Our three-story, townhouse-style condo is located in the exclusive gated community of Port New Providence in eastern New Providence. The condo complex is located on a beautiful private beach and it is almost right outside the front door. There is also a community pool when you don't feel like swimming in the ocean. The condo has a patio with a large barbecue and one of the bedrooms has a nice balcony perfect for listening to the ocean at night.
The living area has a 46" flat-screen TV with an XBox loaded with games. The kitchen has a new fridge and stove, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. There is also a new washer and dryer on the second floor.
There are three bedrooms and all of them have full ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is newly tiled and has a queen bed. Two other bedrooms each have a double bed. A crib is available on request.
Port New Providence is one of the premier communities in the Bahamas. It has three well-maintained tennis courts, a beach, a clubhouse with ping pong table, and a playground for the kids. It's a great community for taking long walks in the evening.
The island itself boasts many once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, including swimming with dolphins, shark-feeding, day trips to out islands, horse riding on the beach, zoos, casinos, and of course, more beaches.
For those with a boat, there is also a fully-equipped dock nearby that can accommodate a boat up to 100-feet in length. Please inquire for docking rates
