  We arrived to a VERY clean unit that slept the 4 of us very comfortably!! The unit was centrally located with a 3 minute drive to City Beach. We loved having the use of the garage, we felt very safe in the unit and neighbourhood. We found the unit had air conditioning in one room but the rest of the unit stayed cool during the day if all the shades were drawn. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed to make a meal. The unit was quiet and we did not hear the neighbours at all. The owners were easy to deal with and the post was all that it says it is. We would stay there again and def recommend it to our friends.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  The condo was very clean and well supplied. Our kids loved the bunkbeds. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. Excellent communication with the owners. The washing machine came in handy during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

  This condo was clean, and much nicer than your standard, two-queen bed, hotel room. Plenty of room, with a nice well-equipped kitchen. Bring your own hairdryer though, as it didn't have one. The full-sized washer and dryer were great after a day at Silverwood/Boulder Beach Theme Park (25 minutes away). Tasha and Jeff were excellent to work with; great communication!

  This was agian a great place to stay! why use hotels??? The condo was a new re-hab and was clean with everything you need for your stay other than internet service ;( but would would say there agian when back in town. To the owner of the condo,

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  We stayed at this condo with our two boys for the September long weekend. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was like being at home but near a lake and in Sandpoint. Our boys said the double bunk beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept in. We look forward to staying here again.

  The place was perfect and well stocked with soaps and detergents, towels and blankets. The teenage girls said the double bunkbeds were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on. We were able to store our boat in the garage, which was a plus. The festival was great and we plan to return next year.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We stayed a week with two small children(5yr and 18months) and felt at home and comfortable. The location was excellent and very quiet. It was very clean and well maintained. The only thing that we missed while we were here was Internet access. This condo is a great value.

  Our family stayed in the condo for one week while visiting our daughter in Sandpoint and we all had a wonderful time! The condo was more spacious than we had imagined and much better than staying in a Hotel, plus the location was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable which made us feel like we were at home. We can't wait to go back to the beautiful town of Sandpoint and stay in the same Condo!! I have recommended this very Condo to everyone I have talked to about our trip. Thank you Jeff and Tasha for a wonder “away from home” experience.

  My newly engaged son, his fiance and I stayed in the condo in July during the Wooden Boat Festival and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully maintained and spacious; and although it is a bit "out-of-the-way", the downtown area is a quick 5 minute trip. We appreciated the info left by the owners on the many things to do in the area that weekend. Also, the generous inclusion of gift certificates to local restaurants was great. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Sandpoint!

  We had a wonderful time! My entire family was trilled as we walked in to the spacious but comfortable living area at this condo. Jeff and Tasha were very professional from the time we met, and they went out of their way to make this vacation possible for my family! We will definately come back next summer!
