Old-school beach house with open family-friendly floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 totally new baths. Outside shower on sunny south side of house by the deck was refreshed during the off-seaon. New central AC/heating, new kitchen appliances and updated laundry, new flat screen TV's. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults with 4 children, or perfect for 2 couples with lots of privacy. Great location: an easy walk up the block to life-guarded beach on the ocean, or a 2-minute drive to the bay beach. At home, BBQ and relax on back deck, in the sun or under the shade of mature trees. Covered carport and driveway provides off-street parking for 4 cars. 35 feet of dock with storm mooring for your boat. We provide linens and towels, beach badges and chairs, hi-speed cable wifi, and a professional crew to clean house every week. Dog friendly (added fee applies). Non-smoking. No jet skis. Rents Friday to Friday, by the week or longer.
Quiet street off the main drag, close to bay for all boating activities. We've got a swim ladder and kayak ramp on the dock. Ideal for boating, kayaking, fishing, crabbing off the dock from spring through fall. You can bike the back road to the lighthouse in Barnegat Light or kayak the protected coves and shorelines of the bay.
Barnegat Light has shopping, restaurants and take-out, sightseeing, boat rentals, bike rentals, kayak rentals. Nearby Viking Village has fresh produce, just-caught seafood, shopping, art and craft shows, sunset cruises to Atlantic City and chartered fishing. Loveladies Art Foundation has exhibits, classes, film festivals.
Classic, relaxed, comfortable 50's beach house. House is a block from lifeguarded beach. Lagoon is great for swimming. Outdoor shower is next to the sunny deck, and the deck connects the house and dock. Dock has swim ladder, bumpers, storm mooring for boats, put-in and storage space for kayaks. Property is fully bulkheaded, landscaped and surrounded by mature shade trees. Sorry, no jet skis.
Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The house is on a deep water lagoon, a few houses from the bay, close to a feeder channel leading to the Intercoastal Waterway.

This property is perfect for that summer getaway. Sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee and a good book in the morning , listening to the sounds of the water - what more can you ask for. The house was perfect for my family - enough room for everyone and dogs are welcome. The bathrooms are brand new and spacious. Literally walk across the street to the pristine beach. Mosey down the road to restaurants, shops and more.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This is a lovely, old-school beach house suitable for two couples with kids or a small group of adults. The deck out to the water is a great feature and the open plan living/dining area makes hosting a group easy. Bathrooms have been updated nicely. The location is wonderful - an easy walk to the Barnegat Light beach. Would definitely recommend. Also dog friendly!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children.

About the owner: This has been our family's summer house since we were kids, when we came for the whole summer. Now, we come when we can--it's home, and we love it here.
