IDEAL WEATHER- The South Kohala Gold Coast has perhaps the nicest year-around weather in the world! Usually the sun shines every day - an average of 350 days of sunshine a year! Temperatures in the 70s and 80s only vary an average of 5 degrees summer to winter.

CONVENIENCE- Our villa has the premier location in the luxury, gated Waikoloa Colony Villa complex. It is directly on the golf course with the entire view of swaying palms, lava features, distant volcanoes and the 10th tee of the Waikoloa Beach Course. It is close to the beach at A-Bay, gourmet restaurants and shopping. Several beautiful beaches are minutes away and many world-class golf courses are nearby and we are at a gateway to the many island attractions and adventures. The family pool and parking are steps from the back door.

SPACIOUS COMFORT - The size and layout of this 1400 sq ft townhouse along with the casual, elegant island decor creates a special island home. The 2-story floor plan provides privacy, with no other units above or below.

Downstairs the large great room has 19 foot ceilings, wood laminate floor and plantation shutters giving light and privacy. There is a comfortable sectional sofa and 42" flat-screen TV with DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, quality appliances and is set up ready for you to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal. The open kitchen faces the dining area and lower lanai. There is a convenient ½ bath off of the elegant entry on the first floor.

The layout of the second floor offers privacy with the 2 full bathrooms located between the bedrooms. The luxurious master suite has it’s own lanai, a flat screen TV, and a huge tiled bathroom with twin sinks, granite counter top and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom also has it’s own full bathroom, flat screen tv and an office space set up with desk and internet cable connections. The comfortable beds feature foam mattress toppers.

The 2 lanais have lovely views and are the perfect spot for a tropical drink at sunset or a relaxing nap.

We provide our guests with beach gear including towels, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, chairs and cooler.

WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a secure, gated complex located on the prestigious, lava-lined Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. It has 2 SWIMMING POOLS, A HOT-WATER JACUZZI SPA, TENNIS COURT AND WORKOUT ROOM .The villas are located in the world-renown, destination Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is walking distance, or a short drive, to the ocean shore, beautiful A-Bay beaches, 2 golf courses, gourmet restaurants, fast-food court, shopping at the Kings and Queens shopping Centers and the Hilton and Marriot beach resorts. The historic Kings trail and petroglyph fields are right next to the complex.

GOLFERS’ DELIGHT! Not only are we located at the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course designed by Trent Jones Jr, we are very close to the Waikoloa Kings course and driving range, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. There are over 8 world-class courses within a 15-minute drive at the resorts of Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, Hapuna Prince and Hualalai.

FUN FOR EVERYONE! We are a central point for island exploring and activities with many beautiful beaches nearby. The warm Pacific Ocean offers water activities from boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, deep-sea fishing and diving to sunset and whale-watching cruises. Roads from here lead to the many island activities, sightseeing, island exploring, ancient historical sites and Hawaii Volcano National Park.
